Customer support that renders to our company was incredibly good Thank you once again for your outstanding service. You have undoubtedly earned my trust and loyalty, and I will not hesitate to recommend your services to others more thanks to Elliot he worked on our technical query in time.

I consistently have a positive experience working with Elliot Chue from the Ordering team. He is prompt in assisting me and consistently provides excellent support. I am truly grateful for his great customer service.

The ordering team has been amazing, I had a problem with the payment platform this was affecting my clients and as soon as I reported the problem they immediately started to work and solved it in record time, the experience with this company has been excellent, everyone Involved in this proccess, their co founder Alonso, their developer manager Paul and his team, Debo, Uriel, Sumam, they are definitely the best company in this industry.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Ordering.Co, and I cannot praise them enough for the outstanding service and commitment they have shown. Paul, Mauricio, Alonso, and the entire team went above and beyond during the last few weeks to ensure my needs were met. Their dedication, hard work, and the amount of effort they put into their services were truly remarkable.

It is a company committed to what it offers its clients, during the time we use its services we have its complete support. They also constantly offered us technological advances for the growth of our business and we are grateful for that.

Our ordering.co experience has had a couple hills and valleys, but for the most part the support was fantastic, In particular Elliot and Arturo. Elliot has consistently been the most helpful and attentive support for us. He went out of his way and sacrificed his personal time to further our project, and was always willing to make himself available for our needs and questions. Arturo consistently took a stand for our needs, and was sympathetic to our issues and was willing to do it whatever it took in order to resolve the issues we experienced. We have greatly enjoyed working with ordering, especially these two.

I've collaborated with Ordering.co for two years now. The product and service they offer are excellent. Their product functions effectively, meeting expectations. Additionally, they are very receptive to innovative ideas, often turning them into tangible realities. Their customer service is commendable. Typically, responses are received within the same day, or at the latest, by the next business day. My only wish is that they also provided support on weekends for urgent needs. I'm located in the USA

We have been with ordering for the last 5 years. I must say so much has improved with their technology and their customer support (tickets crated are responded within minutes😊). We recently upgraded our system to the v5 and our customers love all the new features. Their amazing team from Uriel, Elliot and Luisana who are so swift with their responses and execution. They made the entire transition very smooth. We are very grateful for them and we are happy clients!
