Good platform, excellent response time, excellent customer service, very recommendable!

It has been a great 10 days journey and experience for me! No reason for me to doubt the solution, tech and support. They have been very helpful and great support all the way. For this reason, we are planning to go for Enterprise and to enroll another of our client for the platinum package soon.

I've signed to Platinum and Purchased PRO Apps. Ordered Customization service which was completed, however. I have created number of tickets that were taken and answered timely. Unfortunately, I was unable to start the project due to the lack of time the project lunch needs from my side so I've requested refund to the company. They've confirmed it just now not only for the apps i purchased but also the custom works that where done by Ordering.co team. Appreciate your fair and professional way of doing business! It's boring story that project not launched with happy end from ordering.co that NO money is lost! Thank you!!

The software is excellent and the team is very helpful and friendly during the setup process and launch. Would highly recommend them if you're launching a DaaS platform.
