They quoted translation within 48-60 hours. It's been 125 hours, and I have no documents, no response to my emails, no response to chat, and when I tried calling the phone number it says that the phone number has been canceled. And it's not a matter of being busy: they responded to the email to provide a free quote within hours. They even got back to me a second time very quickly to answer the question of if they could translate a document that had 2 different languages on it. But after I paid for the service, no response and no service. I will change/update my review if and when they do respond or provide my documents.

Very slow to respond in email and the toll free number listed is not in use. So, do not bother to call. You would get "The number you dialed has been canceled"

Great company with very decent prices. I have done many documents through them , everything was done fast, orginized with great communications. I tried many different certified translation companies and nothing was comparable. I also found that Orbitz is the most affordable nowadays. Great job! thank you !

The company stole my money and now the phone number is disconnected and no response by email. Do not use

It's really fraud. This company should be closed and their license should be canceled.

I made my order and no translation. They responded very fast to make the payment but they never returned my translation back. It's a FRAUD!!! Do not USE this Company.

- June 28: Made payment for translation services. - June 30: As they didn’t deliver anything, I requested a refund through email with no response. - July 1: Contacted through chat, was promised an update via email within an hour. No update received. - July 1: Contacted through chat again after 4 hours, was again promised an update via email. Still, no update. - July 3: Requested a refund through chat, was promised an update about the refund via email. No update. - July 8: Contacted through chat, was told the refund is in progress. No further communication. - July 17: Contacted through chat, was promised an update about the refund via email once again. No update received. I have all emails and chat transcripts saved for the record. They failed to translate important documents for USCIS, which almost resulted in negative consequences for my the immigration process. In the end, I received no translation and no refund. I now have to dispute the transaction with my bank to try and get my money back. To make matters worse, orbittranslation.com displays false feedback from Trustpilot on their website (5 stars, screenshot is saved for the record), which is incredibly misleading. I wanted to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) about their deceptive practices and lack of accountability but realized that BBB has already revoked their accreditation in July 2023 because of similar complaints. I am going to file a complaint with Federal Trade Commission and American Translators Association and recommend all people impacted to do the same. This company must be out of business.

Absolute garbage. No translation received after 13 days. Canceled over the phone and over email. Hoping to get my money back.
