Initially, I left a bad review because after placing my order, I didn’t receive my translation within the 24-hour turnaround promised on the website. I tried calling customer service by phone, but unfortunately, they weren't able to help me solve the issue. After reading some negative reviews online claiming the site was a scam, I panicked and assumed the worst. However, everything changed once I reached out via email. Their support team promptly followed up on my order. When I reviewed the initial draft, I noticed several details that needed corrections, and they were extremely kind and cooperative in revising the document until it was exactly what I needed. Furthermore, when I expressed my concerns, they addressed all my questions and kindly explained that a sudden heavy workload had caused the delay. They truly went above and beyond to make sure the final document met all my expectations. In the end, I am very satisfied with the final result and think Orbit Translation provides a solid service. It is also significantly more affordable than many other translation companies. My main takeaway: I would definitely recommend them, provided you aren't in an extreme rush. And if you're currently waiting on an order and haven't heard back, I strongly suggest contacting them via email—I'm confident they will help you resolve it!

Terrible service! I'm starting to think it's a scam because I paid over $100 for translations and no one is around; they aren't responding, and my money has disappeared too.

SCAM! At the beginning, they were super responsive, but when I paid, they disappeared. Also, they tried to charge me 3 times for the same quote but the system blocked my card. Fortunately, I was able to dispute the charge with my bank and cancel the transaction.

Absolutely terrible service. I paid for my translations on September 9 after being promised that my documents would be completed within 24 hours. Fifteen days later, I still had not received my translations, and the company repeatedly ignored my emails and failed to provide any meaningful explanation or update. This is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. A company should not take a customer’s payment, promise a 24-hour turnaround, and then completely disappear when the service is not delivered. My experience with Orbit Translation has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly warn others to think twice before trusting this company with their important documents. IS A SPAM.

They guarantee a 24 hours service and after 2 weeks I still have not received my translations. This is a scam, stay away.

Was discussing with customer services. There were no signature and a name of translator on the final certificate of translation. When requested correction, no response.

Can confirm - this company is a scam. Did not receive the documents, which were mildly sensitive in nature. Called customer service and they asked me for further information that was sensitive. DO. NOT. USE.

Didn't provide the translation. Requested sensitive information during the call to resolve the issue (checking bank account number) and hanged up when I asked why as I paid with credit card. Potentially fraud but also scam. Beware.
