And $10 the following day after making a deposit. They will not honor the $10 the day after my deposit. Stating that I claimed it twice. One time before ever making a deposit then the second one after making my deposit. If that was the case then that’s not on me or my fault. Because I made my deposit on the promo terms alone. Where I am to receive $10 the same day as my deposit which is the 20th. And $10 more the following day which is today the 21st. And they will not give me the $10 chip that’s stated in the promos terms. Already not following their own promos and terms. Not a good look for a new casino. But I don’t expect anything less given what its sister company is. They are known not to follow their own rules. But quick to reference them when it’s in their favor. That $10 chip that I claimed two days ago I had no clue it was even the same promo. As I’m pretty sure I claimed it on the 18th or 19th. And received the email about the 2 $10 chips on the 20th which again is why I deposited to begin with.
