Customer service unhelpful went through four different agents in the same chat I was passed around repeatedly telling each agent the exact same thing this went on for hour and half, I mean surly you can see what I ve been saying to the last agent I didn’t at all end chat to go back on to chat to get another agent, not good at all

Horrible experience, after successfully completing a 30x playthrough, my wallet had $50, which is the minimum cashout amount so i decided to cashout, i proceeded to the cashier page only to find my account with $25 in it. I contacted customer service and they told me I was to blame, when i didnt do anything...they couldn't help me or take any accountability, then kicked me off the support chat. Horrible experience, I was flat out scammed and thrown to the side. This place is a joke, I won $50 with their sign on bonus and after waiting a week to be verified I tried to withdraw and they said I played games that violated the bonus and my winning had been voided. I had no idea there were games that weren’t supposed to be played and if they were restricted why was I allowed to play them? They obviously just don’t want to pay out because I won from a bonus. Don’t go here. Literally throw your money away instead.

I had a very difficult and super slow verify process first time around, but I was finally verified and paid after constant daily pestering in App chat. So I figured I'm verified I'll try again.
