Hello, We’re sorry to hear that you remained dissatisfied, but we would like to provide important context regarding this order. Our team worked extensively to resolve this matter and, in good faith, reshipped the order three separate times in an effort to ensure the customer received everything needed. After multiple reshipments and continued support, we also issued a full refund on May 24, 2025, while the products remained with the customer. At that point, Orbisify had provided multiple replacement shipments, continued customer support, and a full refund, resulting in a significant loss on this order, all in an effort to resolve the issue fairly and professionally. We also respectfully note that the public review profile associated with this review appears to contain a pattern of negative reviews across multiple businesses. While every customer has the right to share feedback, we believe it is important for future readers to understand that our team made repeated efforts to resolve this situation beyond a standard support process.
