unbelievably good built
unbelievably good built, on the back side the blades are a bit thick, so some things are not so easy to slice extremely thin.

Great quality product
Great quality product. It’s always Sharp. It cuts very thin slices with ease, something that’s been difficult for me with other knives.

That they are getting a great piece of functional art. when I use the knife ,once cleaned I put it away in my drawer
I have only 1 comment about the sheats,they are not very useful in a kitchen,because when I clean it ,I don't put it in the sheath ,I put it away in the drawer with all the cutlery...I would like to have a special putaway"stand"made of some kind of Japanese wood that we can put it on the counter...thanks for giving me this oppertunity. 👍🏼
