I haven't done the check of the company before ordering, and I should have. This company is selling knives under the name Hoosk & UAB Orbio World. Apparently, as such, they're known for fake reviews and having a number of websites selling cheap Chinese knives as quality Japanese product under name Huusk. I ordered a knife and it never arrived. When I contacted the company about it through the Hoosk website, I never received a reply. I have filed a dispute resolution through PayPal, we'll see if they reply this time. Update: After being completely ignored, a little while after this review went up, I was contacted by Huusk. They refunded my purchase. Update2: Husk/Orbio keeps emailing and calling months after the resolution, they won't stop. They're apparently working extremely hard on preventing bad reviews. Latest call came 10/30/23.

Orbio world is a life changing company. It provides high quality service to the customer and it brings technology closer to the customer .My experience was amazing

This company was advertising their Derila Pillow in New Zealand in June 2022. They did not mention that the offer was in US Dollars, so there was the 1st negative surprise when my credit card was charged. When I received the goods by NZ Post several weeks later, they were dispatched to me by a New Zealand forwarding agent, but originated from China. The Cooling Ice Silk Pillow Cover at $14.95 turned out to be made from polyester. Considering I was paying US Dollars the order was a rip-off. Especially the Derila Pillowcases at $10.74 each. Soon after the order had arrived I got an uninvited telephone marketing call from a salesperson of Orbio World, a company that actually resides in Kaunas Lithuania. My wife and I now have slept with Derila Pillows at night for several months, and we would recommend their quality. We are using them in our own pillow cases. Orbio World need to learn honest marketing.
