As the rest. It’s a SCAM avoid it.. I’ve made an order which is supposed to be an item for 19.00£ and they charged me for 4 items for 88.00£. It’s unethical and illegal to deceive people like that. I emailed them and I’ll post an update if they approve my cancellation. EDIT. This company is the worst scam you can possibly find on the internet, after unethically and without my consent they withdrew the extra59£ from my account they called me asking me to delete this review and that they already has issued a refund which they absolutely didn’t TILL NOW and after that they sent the item. Edit: it’s all sorted out now and they refund me.

I ordered 2 items from Synoshi.Contacted them as the order contained 5 items. I contacted them about the problem,Was sent a return form to fill in,and if my form was accepted would be already to return the 3 steel brush heads at my cost to Lithuania.Another company scamming people.My orderwas9pb90. Time for this company to be blacklisted and shutdown.I had a similar issue with pillows sometime ago.If I had had full information about this product I would not have purchased it.Rate Orbio as a company.Less than. 1..Should be able to return to Wethererill Park NSW.Maybe they should be investigated! After submitting a disappointing review two days ago, I have been heartened by the prompt and courteous way Orbio has attended to my complaint. Joan the customer liaison officer has knocked this old fella over with her efficient handling of my complaints, and has explained to me the reasons for their problem, which they (Orbio) are currently addressing. I am heartened to know that there are still businesses which operate out there and I apologize for my insinuations about this company

Unethical website, if the products are decent, why do they need to scam people? Firstly the cleaning brush does NOT come with the brushes featured on the ad, I bought the brush cleaning machine and checked out, then I got ads to buy the actual brushes to go on the machine, I added two to cart, then two others to cart. First 2 added were featured as four items at $72! Then second 2 extra, the items were processed immediately rather than going through checkout. Amount wrong and not authorised by me. I tried to cancel and they just keep avoiding the question, offering other upsells. I have now lodged all three payments via PayPal resolution centre (suggest you do as well if reading this) for refund as I had requested. Noticed they also signed the brushes I didn't authorise as a subscription service. I buy things online a few times a week, I have never seen such unethical approaches to online business. Trading in Australia and happy to take them to consumer affairs if they don't refund. I hope PayPal ban them.

Very similar experience to other reviewers. I ordered one product but the order defaulted to ordering 4 instead. I had many emails offering discount on the other 3 products which I do not want. When I confirmed many times that I only wanted one product I was told four has been dispatched and I have to return the other at my expense. Very unethical.

I tried to return some translators and it is within the refund period of 30 days. I keep getting redirected and no one will answer my emails. The product was sent from an address in Australia, making the company subject to Australian and New South Wales consumer law. If they do not refund my purchase when I send the parcel back to their address in Australia, then I will be filing a complaint and if need be a case in NCAT to make sure they can't trade anymore. In more recent news. Since writing this review, a representative of Orbio named "Joan" called me and facilitated a full refund. I could not be happier with the prompt response and action.

Great product. Price point could be better.

I bought a Huusk knife as a wedding present fromKaudilo and gave them the recipients name and address where I wanted it sent I also paid a high delivery fee. I had previously purchased two of these knives as Christmas gifts with no problem However this time they unfortunately came via Orbio and were sent to Scotland to my address not to London and I got a card saying o owed a custom charge. I thought this was a mistake as hadn’t had to pay a custom charge at Christmas They have now been returned to Orbio who are refusing to reimburse me so I’m out of pocket by £100 and my friend without a wedding gift My strong advice is refuse to use this company Since writing this review of Orbio I have heard from Huusk themselves and they say they are going to reimburse me fully. Their knives are fantastic they are a great company for customer service so just want to reiterate nothing against them but buy direct from them not through Orbio or Derilo
