ZERO STARS! UAB Orbio World is a horrible company. Its products are subpar, and its customer service is terrible. It also sends relentless sales emails and calls from commissioned reps. UAB Orbio World sells the products listed below, and the same issues seem to happen whenever someone buys any of its products. No wonder UAB Orbio World does not list all its products on its website. I suspect those who work for the company are young, inexperienced, and told a bunch of propaganda to keep them from questioning the unethical behaviour the company engages in as it pretends to “protect its brand” from customers. Do yourself a favour and look up reviews on any product, especially any products from the list below. Pay attention to the 1-star reviews, especially the verified ones. None or very few 5-star reviews are verified and are reportedly AI-generated. BUYER BEWARE! Their online order system sneakily defaults to increase your order from 1 to 4 items. It’s been reported that this is a common practice when ordering any of UAB Orbio World's products - look at the reviews, especially verified and 1-star. If you contact customer service immediately, you will be told that there is nothing they can do to change or cancel the order. If you want to return the products, it’s at your expense, plus a 15% restocking fee, which makes it not worthwhile. If you refuse delivery, you will not have the product and still no refund. And don’t even think about trying to sell your extra items locally on Facebook Marketplace, as UAB Orbio World (or its AI tools) will report them as counterfeit or that you are infringing its trademark somehow, thus the "protecting its brand" comment. Since they are big advertisers on Facebook, you will be treated as a confirmed offender without any real recourse or proof. Shame on you, Orbio World, for accusing someone of selling counterfeit goods for posting local ads! LOCAL ADS! Shameful! ADDED: After posting my original review for Orbio World, my review was flagged by Orbio World to be reviewed by TrustPilot. "orbio.world has flagged your review for containing harmful or illegal content." Harmful? The truth should not be considered harmful, except to those who are deceitful. Illegal? I have ALL the documentation to back up any statement I make. So I posted on the Tvidler review. It is best to avoid any Orbio World product. I replied with copies of emails I had received well within the timeframe for a refund. I was offered a full refund. Meanwhile, I waited almost two months for the refund they offered, and after they tried to renege on their offer, the refund was finally paid, but that was a senseless ordeal. Most importantly, I am still waiting for the full and complete RETRACTIONS of their erroneous and egregious reports to Facebook. Anything less than complete retractions is unacceptable. They tried to tell me that they could only do one retraction (which they haven’t) and that the other reports are no longer in their system. Facebook offers a retraction form in its help center; they only need the report numbers I have provided them several times. They have no valid excuse not to do the Facebook retractions. I gave them the idiot-proof instructions so they can't lie to me again. Despite several more emails, UAB Orbio World has chosen not to respond. This lack of accountability may necessitate further action on my part. Since the issues seem to be consistent across all their products, perhaps I should consider posting a cautionary review for each one.
