Ware bestellt, bezahlt, keine Lieferung, kein Kundendienst! Achtung Betrugsgefahr!
Ich habe bei der Firma OTPEDIC Anfang April ein Kopfkissen bestellt und per Paypal bezahlt. Bis heute kam weder das Kopfkissen. noch ist es möglich die von OTPEDIC eine brauchbare Auskunft zu erhalten, angeblich habe man von mir keine Bestelldaten und ähnlicher Standardtext...., aber das Geld wurde sofort abgebucht.
Es ist auch nicht möglich die Firma Orbio World zu kontaktieren, die offenbar die Abwicklung übernommen haben.
Eigenartig ist dass ich bei OTPEDIC bestellt und bezahlt habe, die mich jetzt im Nachhinein nicht kennen, aber ORBIO World das Geld kassiert hat!
Die bei Paypal hinterlegte Support Mail Adresse ist inaktiv.
Also alles in allem sehr dubiose Vorgangsweise.
Ich befürchte hier einem Betrug zum Opfer gefallen zu sein und werde meinen Rechtsanwalt einschalten.

A scam online company that owns Derila pillows! You can check the bad reviews on Derila. These are the people behind it and they do run other scams. Very shady people! Be very careful dealing with them.

Instead of addressing the problem that many people have with your "products" you are replying with a sales speech? This all seems like a joke to you as long as you can scam more people into buying your cheap useless products and make more money using borderline sales methods.

Złe podejście do klienta.Zero kontaktu produkty nie działają.Omijać z daleka.Oszuści.I gdzież ta tak hucznie zapowiedzina e-poczta od Was?, bo do mnie nic nie dotarło, ani w normalnej, ani w spamie.

Product a little over hyped
The company does an excellent job marketing their product and the ordering process is easy and straightforward. Shipping time is reasonable and the quality of packaging excellent. However I found that the knife struggled to cut through gristle and fat. This was disappointing. It did cut through meat easily.
