Unreliable, expensive, NOT worth the money, toothbrush!!! 0/5 Battery got more and more unreliable already after 10-12 months. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ORAL-B PRODUCTS!!

My $300 Oral-B toothbrush would no longer charge. I went online to troubleshoot. One option was to replace the battery. So I did. It still didn’t work. I reached out to Oral-B customer service only to find out my warranty ended 3 weeks ago and since I tried to replace the battery, I had essentially voided the warranty anyhow. They offered me a coupon! Unacceptable. I certainly won’t be buying any Oral-B product after this!

Innerhalb eines Jahres IO war 3 mal kaputt. 170;-€ abkassieren und keine Qualtität. Meine Vorgängerbürste von Philips war zwar mit weniger Technik,jedoch gibts die heute noch. Meine Note für Oral B IO = 5-

Pessima idea, quella di aderire alla promozione cashback organizzata dal produttore col supporto di terzi. Rispettate tutte le richieste, stabilite dal regolamento, veniamo liquidati con la "chiusura" della pratica e rigetto della richiesta rimborso, in quanto - a parere della società di gestione della campagna - avremmo acquistato un modello "vitality", non compreso nella "promozione". Peccato che l'acquisto fosse per un modello "io6s" ! Sconcertati dalla spicciola demenzialità del riscontro ottenuto, l'unica soluzione è quella di orientare le prossime scelte su altri produttori come philips o altro ... Attendo dalla direzione oral b - che legge per conoscenza - un riscontro alla presente (quanto meno doveroso) nel rispetto della posizione di clienti, ormai privi di fidelizzazione. E complimenti ai "geni" che hanno ideato e gestiscono l'iniziativa: remano contro l'interesse dell'azienda produttrice !

Ich habe eine Oral B io gekauft. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit hat der Akku Probleme gemacht. Ich beschriebe es mal so: abends aufgeladen, morgens 100%. 5 sec Zähne Putzen —> 0%. Akku getauscht (auf eigene Kosten, weil ich den Kassenbon vercheckt hab). 2 Tage lang konnte ich putzen. Nun wieder das gleiche Problem…nach 20 Jahren Oral B bringt man soetwas auf den Markt?! Die Marke Oral B wird in absehbarer Zeit Geschichte sein… Finger weg von diesen überteuerten und qualitativ minderwertigen Produkten!!

2 Zahnbuersten in 3 Jahren verschlissen, nur Akku Probleme. Die Erste wurde getauscht nach einem Jahr, die Zweite 4 Wochen nach Ablauf der Garantie ebenfalls Akku kaputt, das heisst aber nicht das die Buerste reibungslos lief. Immer wieder Akkuaussetzer. Die App ist der naechste Aussetzter. Immer, wenn ich versucht habe sie zu koppeln, eine Woche lang Akkuprobleme. Finger weg von diesen Zahnbuersten, da gibt es besseres aus der Drogerie, siehe Stiftung Warentest 23. Das ist schlimmste Qualitaet und reinste Abzocke.

Cashback oral B una truffa mascherata! Ho comprato uno spazzolino elettrico oral b io10, con una scatola di testine, e dovevano ridarmi il 40% sullo spazzolino. Ho inviato foto come da loro richiesto e guarda caso dopo un mese e mezzo mi arriva un email con scritto che la scansione del documento risulta incompleta o illeggibile. Che strano! Potevano dirlo entro i 15 giorni dall acquisto, invece hanno fatto passare troppo tempo e il 40% che dovevo ricevere è andato a quel paese! Serietà zero!
