Trying to obtain expert advice, professional advice or talking with a nice human on the Oral B customer service line is like taking a flight to the moon from your backyard in your personal rocket ship. Chances are slim that is going to happen... if you get my drift. I had a less than terrible experience with "Prince" when trying to information gather, which led me to emailing Oral B's customer service only to receive a response to call their customer service line! Argghhh!!! Which is precisely why I was emailing Oral B in the first place, Because I got NO HELP from the phone service attendant. NUTSOOOO Oral B. I'll look for another just as good or better electric toothbrush and hopefully work with humans who are kinder and more knowledgeable about the companies product they work for!

Extrem schlechter Kundenservice und überhaupt. Die falsche Zahnbürste geliefert bekommen. Kontakt mit Oral B kein Problem. Zahnbürste sollte ich zurück schicken. Seit 2 Monaten ist die Zahnbürste zugestellt. Bisher kein Geld zurück, wäre angeblich nicht angekommen. Unzähliger vertröstende u. hinhaltende Emails. PayPal fühlt sich auch nicht zuständig. Wer meint er wäre da abgesichert. Keine Ware, kein Geld. Da hilft wohl nur der Gang zum Anwalt.

Versehentlich die falsche Zahnbürste bestellt. Macht ja nichts, kann man ja Retournieren. Bei diesem Verein, der ein deutscher Hersteller sein will, erfolgt der Rückversand auf eigene Kosten (das ist ok) nach POLEN ins Zentrallager per DHL für schlappe 14,49 € versichert. Da macht das Rücksenden bei Kinderzahnbürsten schonmal gar keinen Sinn mehr. Informiert wird man - soweit ersichtlich - nicht, dass der Rückversand statt erwartbaren 5 € das dreifache kostet. Erwarten muss man das bei Bestellung im deutschen Online-Shop eines deutschen Unternehmens so wohl auch eher nicht. KAUFT AUF JEDEN FALL BEI EINEM ANDEREN ANBIETER!

Vor 2 Monaten habe ich eine Zahnbürste für mein Kind online (shop.oralb.de) bestellt. Sie gefällt meinem Sohn nicht und ich habe sie zurück geschickt. Ich hatte die Bestätigung von DHL, dass das Paket bekommen wurde. Das Geld habe ich noch nicht zurück bekommen. Ich habe vielmals den Kundenservice kontaktiert und sie immer sagen, dass ich Gelduld haben soll und warten. Nie wieder!

I never imagined having to do a payment plan for an electric until I felt I just had to have the iO9...after having dental problems. Never did I imagine the utter rip off I bought. Dodgy battery and The Most disgusting, gunk growing design ever. I recommend any user who assumes the manufacturer cleaning instructions to drop a well rinsed brush head into a glass or peroxide. I only realized this problem when I spotted a black "bit" come out in my mouth. Given my need for this gentle type of brushing system because I've been suffering oral lichen planus for 5 years...I rotate fresh brush heads to make them last longer. And the idea was to avoid any bacteria build up. Fail! I put all 4 head in a lidded jar of peroxide and soaked/shook for an evening. It frothed instantly and the black garbage that comes out is shuddering. The problem is the lack of proper drainage (as another YouTube video explains sensibly). Another weak link I've since discovered is the handle itself, where you slot the heads into place. You wash under hot water and set in charger upright and water sits...and sits down in around the narrow space on either side of the powered end that contacts the brush head. So tip that up and set in peroxide and boy, there's some organic killing action going on in there. Bubbles and black gunk pours out. In case any don't realize, peroxide attacks any organic matter...leaving alone the inorganic. The only organic matter inside a device that's meant for excellent dental hygiene is the bacteria that's accumulated while you brush your teeth. Bit of a conundrum there, don't you think Oral B? I paid just under $400 for an electric toothbrush I have to go to great lengths to sterilize. My mouth lives in extreme pain due to my auto immune disease that's cause for the lichen planus and I can't use other brushes. You know, the kind that rattle at the end but have full drainage out of the bristles. Do yourself a favor, if like me, you can't afford to replace it...sterilize the overpriced things. Better yet...do not buy if you find a better choice

Was very happy with old Oral B toothbrush that passed way recently. Bought the cheapest available Vitality Pro. The instructions are useless. To even know your product number Oral B suggest you take a photograph of the charging socket at the base of the product and then 'zoom in' on the photo. I thought the new brush was faulty as it didn't seem to be charging. Eventually found Oral B's troubleshooting item that states that 'it can be tricky' to know if toothbrush is charging as there is no indicator light. There is worse than that. Why release onto the market a product so basically flawed? If the toothbrush is indeed charging at this moment I need to wait 50 minutes and try turning it on. If it comes on, must leave it for at least 16 hours and remember to ensure it's turned off next time it's charged (which you can't).

Et n'envisagez même pas d'avoir un service client à l'écoute, circulez, il n'y a rien à voir, vous avez perdu 70 € ? tant pis pour vous...

Zwei OralB io9 bestellt, beide sind defekt. Keine direkt Antwort von dem Team außer Kopie-Paste des 30-Tage-Geld-zurück-Formulars. Man muss dafür die Retoure bezahlen. Die APP Oral-B ist ebenfalls unglaublich schlecht, da mein Mann auch eine io9 hat, die wird kaum von der APP gefunden bzw. verbunden können.
