Beware when ordering an OralB product from their official Website. I ordered a product from their Website a few months ago. What I did not know is, that they stored my email address without my consent or knowledge and what is much worse, they kept my credit card details without telling me. I did receive the product ordered and all was well. That is until a few months later, I received an email out of the blue, thanking me for the fresh order. I emailed back to say that I did not order anything, that email bounced back as undeliverable. I then received a further email thanking me for my payment and upon checking my credit card statement I notice that they had indeed stolen money out of my account. I informed my credit card company that my card has been compromised and that monies have been stolen out of my account without my knowledge or consent. One or two days later I received a package from OralB, which I refused to accept as I did not order anything. Further emails to them all bounced back as undeliverable. Luckily I got the money that was stolen by OralB back in full. So please beware when ordering from their Website, they will store your details and Credit Card details and later send out items without a formal order and simply charge your card again.

Produit qui ne tient plus la charge après seulement 6 mois.... et cela fait deux fois que ca se produit... olus de 100 euros jetés par la fenêtre.... on me propose de la retourner pour réparation mais pendant ce laps de temps je me nettoie comment les dents? Je pensais que l'on m'enverrai une batterie de rechange... Bref j'ai toujours était adepte de cette marque mais la c'est trop. Je vais me retourner comme beaucoup vers la nouvelle marque française qui est de très bonne qualité et qui fonctionne à merveille!

Una truffa organizzata benissimo! Ti promettono che il Ti sarà rimborsato il secondo Articolo, il meno caro....una testina su due... Ho speso € 41,60 e mi hanno rimborsato dopo una mia mail di sollecito € 3,95.....Fate Voi...... Ho risollecitato per mail e la risposta è stata che.... Avevo speso €33, 60 e che il rimborso di €3.95 è corretto! Se la matematica non è un opinione...€ 33,60: 2 = € 16,80.....mi rimborsi €3,95.....non aggiungo altro, impariamo tutti da questi!

Falsche Lieferung Ich habe einen Flyer beim Zahnarzt von Oral-B bekommen. Man konnte Bürstenköpfe zum Sonderpreis bestellen. Ich nutzte diesen Link und bestellte 4x4 Bürstenköpfe für den Rabattpreis von 39,98€. Als das Päckchen ankam waren aber nur 2x2 Aufsteckbürsten darin. Einen Kontakt zur Firma war nur über Facebook möglich. Doch außer einen lapidaren Antwort : "Wir bearbeiten schnellst möglich Ihre Anfrag" habe ich nichts mehr gehört. Mit dem Preis für 4x4 Aufsteckbürsten wurde aber meine Kreditkarte belastet. da die Firma ihren Sitz in England hat, kann ich auch vom Kauf nicht zurücktreten. Das Päckchen zurück zu schicken würde mich noch mal Geld kosten.

The kids electric toothbrush became rusty after few use. Compare to the adult version which I had for years and I have never had this problem, the kids version is definitely not fit for purpose and it is quite concerning the rust that builds on it. I was told that is the way I use the toothbrush but I wonder why my toothbrush does not have the same issue like my child’s one ?

Is this a legit website? I ordered a toothbrush using Google wallet, which encrypted my card numbers. It appeared to finalize. I received no toothbrush and the charge went to $0. I feel like they were trying to steal my card.
