I purchased an Oral B IO toothbrush last April and had some experiences with it losing power. I followed instructions on their website to rectify the problem, but after this occured 3 times in as many months, contacted their support line. I sent in my tootbrush as directed for repair. In about a week, I received a new IO toothbrush (an even nicer model), as I assume mine was not able to be repaired. I appreciate their responsiveness amd excellent customer service.
