Pessimo prodotto e pessimo servizio clienti.

These flosses are terrible. The floss starts to fray at the first tooth (I really try to get between the teeth gently) and leaves little pieces of floss between my teeth, so I then have to work on removing them with tweezers (so tedious). I have to use 2-3 pieces per cleaning. The type I had before lasted me literally a week. So Glide- Bacteria Guard definitely not!!

My wife gifted me an Oral B iO back in September 2024. It was the series 2 which was $100. I thought it was great as I have used their band for years. This one has been a pain. The head stop rotating after 3 weeks and I took it back to Walmart for another. That one lasted about a month and the head stopped rotating again. I contacted Oral B Service and they made me ship the whole unit back and sent me 2 replacement heads. I got the unit back a couple of weeks later with the report that it was fine. Odd thiing is that the braken head was still with it. A small gray piece makes the head rotate but falls out when it fails. They never looked at it and on an inquiry call I was told that was "normal wear and tear". AFTER 3 WEEKS??? Fast forward ahead and the last of the two they sent me failed like the 1st. I have 3 defective brush heads. Today I was asked to send it back again with no assurance there will be an improvement. Their brush heads are trash. If I could find the box and my receipt I would try to take it back to Walmart and buy a different brand. Buy at your own peril!!
