I purchased a Braun Io8 toothbrush. This is my first electric toothbrush and I decided to buy a Braun product because I knew that it was a recommendable brand. However, I have now had to return my toothbrush three times due to the battery not holding a charge. Each and every time I charge my toothbrush it goes flat after 2 uses. I’m very disappointed in Brun and my IO8 toothbrush because I’m now out of warranty and have to pay to get this fixed. So unfair and I wish I knew this before I bought the product, I would’ve bought another brand had I have known. I will never encourage anyone to purchase a Oral b product from the IO range.

Auch ich habe eine OralB 10 im Bundle mit dem Sony Kopfhörer erworben und die gleichen Erfahrungen gemacht: Jeder Prozessschritt geht erstmal schief, dann werden ständig Belege nachgefordert, die man schon mehrfach geschickt hatte. Dann, nach vielen Mahnungen wurde der Anspruch anerkannt. Geliefert wurde dennoch nichts. Und der Service-Provider, die JustSnap GmbH antwortet jetzt auch nicht mehr. Was sagt Procter & Gamble dazu: "da haben wir nichts mit zu tun, wenden sie sich an unseren Dienstleister". So fährt man eine Marke an die Wand...

Har købt to til familien, men det gør jeg ikke igen. De er klodsede at håndtere og p.g.a. størrelsen er der tandpasta savl i hele håndvasken. Desuden virker den labyrint af oplysninger man skal igennem før refusion, som et forsøg på at få folk til at opgive på forhånd.

Kopfhöreraktion: Oral-B wirbt bei Erwerb bestimmter elektrischer Zahnbürsten mit der Zugabe von Kopfhörern. Zunächst werden einem maximal Steine in den Weg gelegt, dass der Kaufbeleg nicht akzeptiert wird, dies kostet Zeit und Nerven und schließlich auch Porto. Dann wartet man monatelang bis heute vergeblich auf die Zusendung der Kopfhörer. Hat eine renommierte Firma so eine Fake-Aktion wirklich nötig? Ich befürchte hier Betrug.

Oral-B se moque clairement de ses clients en faisant traîner les démarches jusqu'à énervement et épuisement Aucune considération, aucun respect ! Fuyez ! Si votre produit ne fonctionne pas attendez-vous à un mur d'indifférence .
