Acquistato spazzolino elettrico ricaricabile iO 9 pagato 180€. A distanza di poco più di due anni ha smesso di funzionare. Più precisamente, nonostante indichi una carica del 100%, appena lo si mette in funzione, dopo pochi secondi, si spegne ed indica una carica dello 0%. Inutile i miei tentativi di ricaricarlo. Penso che dipenda dalla batteria ormai esausta. Uno spazzolino così costoso e di un brand così noto dovrebbe offrire una qualità elevata che, invece, si è rivelata pessima.

Spazzolino (iO2 acquistato direttamente sul sito Oralb) palesemente difettoso,dopo due mesi scarsi non si ricarica. Contattati, dovrei recarmi al punto assistenza più vicino (20km) o organizzare un ritiro dal corriere per inviare il tutto a Torino. No comment

I used to buy Oral-B electric toothbrushes for 25 years. Usually they lasted for 5-7 years and the only reason why I replaced them was either a battery losing capacity or because it was becoming stained due to prolonged use. During last year I purchased two Genius X electric toothbrushes produced by Oral-B and both died with the same symptoms - the motor seems to have stopped working even at fully charged battery. Amazon, where I bought them, refused to provide support and sent me to the manufacturer. I contacted a local dealer, they were very nice and replaced the faulty toothbrush with a new one, but... they sent me a low-end model that is three times as cheap. Being a loyal customer, I purchased a another electric toothbrush of the same model - Genius X, which cost quite a bit of money. Less than a year after it is dead with the same symptoms. I tried contacting the manufacturer on their website and received no response whatsoever.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the performance of the Oral-B Genius toothbrush I purchased over two years ago. Despite its promising features, my experience with this product has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. Since the original purchase, you have already replaced the device twice due to repeated malfunctions. Unfortunately, even the current unit continues to exhibit the same core issue: it persistently loses its Bluetooth connection with my iPhone. I have tried everything within reason to resolve this—restarting my phone, restarting the brush, repairing the Bluetooth connection multiple times—yet the problem remains. Even when I hold the toothbrush in one hand and the phone in the other, standing directly in front of the device, the connection drops unpredictably. This makes the app-based features unreliable and, frankly, useless. I specifically chose this model for its advertised smart functionality, which simply does not work as intended. After two years of repeated failures, I can no longer view this as an isolated technical issue. The product does not live up to its claims and has become a source of consistent inconvenience. I would appreciate a meaningful resolution to this matter—whether that be a permanent fix, a replacement with a more reliable model, or a refund.

Compré un cepillo de dientes Oral B IO 9 que tiene un precio en torno a 300 euros. Se queda sin batería de forma brusca. Lo he llevado al Servicio Técnico donde me lo han reemplazado en dos ocasiones durante el periodo de garantía. En total he tenido 3 cepillos IO9, los 3 con el mismo problema, éste último ya está fuera de garantía. Se trata de un problema habitual en estos cepillos como se puede leer en múltiples foros y Oral B sigue vendiéndolos.

fio dental oral b expert, poxa não se deram o trabalho de fazer uma caixinha de suporte, onde vc vai puxando fio a fio, os fios vem soltos em uma papeleta, fácil de soltar todos, de emaranhar, e de amassar o papel que parece uma cartolina, não compro mais, volto pro g.u.m é mais dificil de achar mais vale a pena e custa o mesmo valor, Oral b deveria ter mais atenção qnto a embalagem ja que o fio não é barato

pessimo prodotto dopo 3 anni smette di funzionare la risposta del venditore e dopo tre anni e da buttare assurdo l ho acquistato due volte e per ben due volta dopo tre anni esatti smette di funzionare per quello che costa mi sembra assurdo 160 euro per funzionare solo 3 anni
