After two months the app stopped working. Now works partially and intermittently. Oral B wanted answers to about 20 questions, without which they refused to assist. I am not a techie person, so couldn't help. It seems form other reviews that I am not the only dissatisfied customer. Sadly, I bought the Oral B based on the Which? recommendation. Never again.

Why would you change the Glide floss? I’m a dental hygienist and have been using it every day on every patient for 20 years.. It was the only one I could use professionally to ‘feel’ for calculus below the gum line. You replaced it with possibly the worst product I have ever used in my life. It’s literally like flossing with a rubber band.. flings crap everywhere. I get enraged just talking about it. You can take out the PFA’s but why would you replace it with something so horrible???? It’s more dangerous and harmful to gums than anything I’ve ever used. It shreds and tears every time.. Did you not do any testing?? Like who is responsible??? They all are idiots!!! I will never promote any OralB product from now on. Unless something changes.

Unos sín vergüenzas de mucho cuidado, 200 euros un cepillo de dientes y en menos de 2 años ya se te apaga al 70%, he probado de todo (restaurando,limpiando,actualizando) nada sirve ,sin duda el peor cepillo que tenido después de pagar tanto.

I bought Oral B series 10 Electric Toothbrush. Called Oral B customer service for registration of warranty but they don’t do any warranty registrations. Asked for help for setting up Apps, no help available for that. They will register my email for marketing purposes only. Spoke with customer service representative and supervisor Jessica but no one could help. I regret buying product from Oral B . Last time, bought electric tooth brush from Phillips Sonicare, their customer service is best in industry for oral care products. Thanks

Well, what I can say? This is a piece of shit company. A true shithole. I´ve bought my Oral-B IO Series 9 toothbrush from service(at)t.shop.oralb.de because the old one broke down FOUR times within two years but decided to repair the old one again and sent back the new one. Oral-B lets do its returns through another crappy company called "ZigZag Global Ltd". This company tells me after two weeks that they have never received the product despite the fact that the tracking Nr. shows differently. It seems that I have to get an attorney to sue the shit out of this company. My advice: if you buy a product from a crappy company like P&G (Oral-B) make damn sure that you but it at your local dealer and do not expect a life expectancy longer than two years. PS: after several E-Mail exchanges and threatening by penalties I´ve received my payment for my return. With this action I'll delete my account at Oralb and if ever I buy another OralB product then only from a local dealer.

Oral B hat eine 30 Tage Zufriedenheit-Geld zurück Garantie bei seinen Produkten angeboten. Diese habe ich in Anspruch genommen, da mich das Produkt nicht überzeugt hat. Es war schon aufwendig überhaupt die Zahnbürste zurück schicken zu können, da - obwohl ich das Produkt sogar direkt bei Oral B bestellt hatte - sie die Rechnung, die ich hochladen musste nicht lesen konnten. Aufgrund meines Kundenkontos bin ich eigentlich der Meinung gewesen, dass sie alle Daten/ Belege vorliegen hatten!?? Die Zahnbürste ging zurück und Oral B hat diese laut Sendungsnummer seit dem 19. März. vorliegen. Mittlerweile sind 8 Wochen vergangen und ich habe den Betrag immer noch nicht erstattet bekommen! Ich habe mehrere Male den Kundenservice kontaktiert und werde nur hingehalten…. Es ist für mich unbegreiflich und unfassbar, wie unprofessionell solch ein großes und eigentlich namhaftes Unternehmen arbeitet. Keine Ahnung ob ich in diesem Leben den Kaufbetrag noch erstattet bekomme. Daraus resultierend kann ich Oral B nicht empfehlen und wenn ich hätte können, würde ich sogar Minus-Sterne vergeben.
