I'm really tired of paying for oral b's expensive dental floss and not getting what I pay for. In the last year (2025) I have had the following issues. Twice I have bought rolls of floss that had the fibers unwinding making it impossible to use. Once I bought a 3-pack only to discover one of the packs was completely empty. Today I opened the box on a 2-pack to discover there was only ONE inside. Oral b has very poor quality control. They don't even have a way to email them explaining my dis-satisfaction. Time to look for another floss.

OralB recently changed the floss in their Glide tooth picks. It is weaker now and will not penetrate through some of the tight spaces in my teeth. Their old product was the best. Now I have to find another brand.

I thought Oral B was a good brand but I will never buy another of their electric toothbrushes. Mine has to be charged after every use

Totalmente deluso, dopo appena 2 anni lo spazzolino a smesso di funzionare. Sicuramente sono programmati. Consiglio sonicare Philips

Das ganze ist ein Betrugsversuch aus meiner Sicht. Der Kunde wird mit Cash Back Aktionen gelockt zu kaufen. Wenn Sie gekauft haben und die Rechnungen einreichen, kommt 15 x die Rückmeldung das der Beleg nicht eingelesen werden kann. Auch diverser Schriftverkehr mit Oral-B Support führt zu nichts - die Cash-Back Aktion dient aus meiner Sicht nur dazu das Produkt zu kaufen, welches nach dem Kauf aus meiner Sicht auch nicht das verspricht was man sich für ein Produkt vorstellt. Das kann nicht das wenn man für eine Zahnbürste so viel Geld ausgibt der ständig Akku Probleme hat die dritte Bürste vor allem den 10 er habe ich gerade mal vor einem Monat gekauft 😡🤦🏻‍♂️

Ho comprato Oral B Io3 e sono molto deluso. Si scarica in una settimana d’uso e ci vogliono 15/17 ore per ricaricare la batteria. Avevo un modello precedente che durava 10/11 giorni e si caricava in 10/12 ore.
