Zahnbürste Elekrisch, putzt seht gut ist aber, 6 Wochen später nach der garantie kapputt gegang. Was heisst kaputt? Eigentlich nur der Akku, sehr schade für so viel Geld. Nie wieder Oral B

I've used Oral-B Electric Toothbrushes for years which have helped me with a gum issue. Never had a problem with them until I purchased the OralB Pro-3. What are they thinking. There used to be a rubberised strip on the handle to enable a good grip whilst cleaning teeth. This has now been reduced to cover just the on/off switch. As a result the plastic handle is smooth and shiny. It's impossible to grip the toothbrush without it sliding all over the place. Really poor design.

Wir haben uns die io 6 im Doppelpack zu Weihnachten gekauft. Von der Putzleistung sind wir begeistert. Die Zähne fühlen sich tatsächlich sauberer an. Was uns allerdings enttäuscht ist der Akku. Er hält nicht so lange wie beschrieben und hat eine sehr lange Ladezeit. Außerdem lädt er ab und zu gar nicht und muss dann öfter von der Ladestation genommen werden damit der Ladevorgang wieder beginnt. Wir hatten uns mehr versprochen, da wir vorher eine günstigere Zahnbürste von oral b hatten und da gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Je considère qu’il s’agit là d’une brosse à dents TRÈS gadget. La brossette Ultimate est complètement obsolète après 3 semaines d’utilisation contre 3 mois indiqués sur notice. Comptez près de 100€ de brossettes par an!! Le logiciel Oral-B est très bas de gamme et ne reflète pas vraiment la vérité. Le service client est une catastrophe. Très très déçu.

Ho comprato uno spazzolino OralB iO8 circa sei mesi fa, attualmento ho notato un problema di durata della batteria e ho aperto online la pratica di assistenza, celeri nel mandarmi le indicazioni per la spedizione ma quasi dopo 1 settimana non è stata effettuato nessun ritiro. Mi domando se ci vuole così tanto per il ritiro del pacco quanto ci vuole per riparazione e riconsegna? Per ora servizio post vendita non adeguato.

Ich hatte über den Shop eine oral-b Zahnbürste bestellt. Sie sollte noch vor Weihnachten geliefert werden. Nachdem es am 23.12 nicht geklappt hatte (Problem bei Hermes), sollte sie heute ausgeliefert werden. Das hat leider auch nicht geklappt, weil oral-b es nicht hinbekommen hat, die Anschrift, die in der Rechnung korrekt aufgeführt ist, auf dem Aufkleber an mich richtig anzugeben. Die Straße wurde dort von oral-b einfach vergessen. Und ohne Straße keine Zustellung. Sowas habe ich noch bei keinem Internet Unternehmen erlebt. Völliges Versagen bei einer Weltmarke. Ich bin ziemlich fassungslos. Nachtrag: Zweiter Stern für die völlig unkomplizierte Rückabwicklung und Erstattung.

Purchased the Oral B electric tooth brush less than a year ago, it worked fine for a few months but bow it's acting up by making a loud noise and I have to charge it once a week instead of two to three weeks, It's very good when it works, this time it didn't last one year.

Ho comprato un secondo spazzolino iO serie 3 dopo la buona esperienza con uno iO serie 4 e sono rimasto molto deluso. Lo spazzolino ha tre velocità di funzionamento ma non ha nulla che indichi quella che è in funzione. Nè un display, nè un led. Io devo usare secondo il mio dentista solo la velocità per denti sensibili ma non riesco a capire qual’è. Inoltre la confezione non comprende la base in gomma sulla quale riporre le testine che quindi non so come sistemare igienicamente. Considerando il prezzo d’acquisto sono certo che in futuro non ne comprerò un altro di questa marca. Che peraltro è di P&G americana.
