I have purchase toothbrush online on oral b on 30/11/2025 Black Friday sales, website stating 3-5 day delivery took 22 days. Besides order they have offered free gifts and one of them was Braun Styling Kit MGK3411 which never came. For long wait they offer 5£ voucher - order amount was £235 including mouth wash and toothpastes. Instead they’ve sent toothbrush heads which ordered anyway. This has not been communicated with me and never has been advised and when is spoke to Laura - manager in order customer service she was satiating that it is subject of availability even though order has been confirmed and payment taken, which did take nearly 1 month to arrive, Laura seem to receive these calls often and seemed more annoyed to deal with this as she was interrupting and not interested in this and then said that she has stated everything and will end a call. I must admit that service in oral b direct purchase has been very poor and what they offer as a grand gesture as a gift is under their discretion and you should never rely on it, as well customer service will be unpleasant experience hitch will end up in £5 vouchers just to get rid of you and close the case. My best advise would be purchase these items better in John Lewis or Boots because their customer service is different level and they are not lore you in promises and high they can’t fulfil. This only shows unreliability😔 and people who represent brand unfortunately underscore it more.

This toothbrush is a major design failure that quickly becomes a hygiene nightmare. Despite being a premium-priced product, the Oral-B iO line harbours a severe flaw in the connection point between the brush head and the handle. ​Design Flaw: The minuscule gaps and hollow spaces in the joint and within the brush head itself trap moisture, toothpaste residue, and saliva. ​Repulsive Build-up: This stagnant, damp environment is a perfect breeding ground, resulting in a rapid and disgusting build-up of black mould, mildew, and grime that is virtually impossible to clean thoroughly. ​Unacceptable for a Hygiene Product: You will spend more time obsessively trying to clean the mould out of your expensive toothbrush than actually brushing your teeth. A device meant for oral hygiene should not require constant, meticulous deep-cleaning just to prevent it from growing fungus. ​Bottom Line: Do not waste your money. The excellent cleaning action is completely overshadowed by a repulsive design flaw that turns the brush into a hidden source of contamination. AVOID the Oral-B iO series and choose a model with better, more hygienic construction.

Absolutely confusing labeling, I'm fed up with the excessive different variances in this brand varying from rancid chalk to dettol flavour. I've tried to get the correct one time and time again whilst shopping but find subtle differences in box graphics once I've returned home then realise thier the wrong ones. Its not a clever strategy, I will talk with my feet and switch brands. Your marketing team and designers need to be sacked.

Bonjour comme beaucoup j'ai acheté une iO série 9 à plus de 300€ en black Friday il y a un peu plus de 2 ans et la batterie est complètement HS; j'ai fait joué le SAV j'ai envoyé la brosse et ils me l'ont renvoyée me disant de la mettre à la poubelle car la garantie de 2 ans était dépassée! mais il s'agit d'un vice caché en plus... dans quel monde vit-on? quelle honte! P&G est une multinationale qui fait honte au capitalisme.. Je comptais acheter la iO 10 mais hors de question! plus 1 centime chez eux.. C'est une grosse arnaque! vendre des brosses à dents à 300/ 400/500€ aujourd'hui et ne pas assumer la qualité! quelle escroquerie! j'ai toujours eu des Oral B mais c'est terminé! Je vais également comme beaucoup de gens ayant donné un avis, me tourner vers d'autres marques plus sérieuses et plus respectueuses de ses clients... Franchement je suis choqué par la conversation que je viens d'avoir avec leur "service client" qui n'en est pas un... et qui me dit de la mettre à la poubelle... magnifique pour l'écologie en plus... Marque à fuir...

the iO8 toothbrush lasts less than a year before the batter starts dying at 40% charge. waste of money

Ik ben inmiddels aan mijn vijfde (!) Oral B iO in vijf jaar tijd. En hoe geavanceerder des te slechter ze worden. Mijn allereerste simpele iO had niet de kuren van de series erna. De iO 3: na zes maanden batterij kapot. Opgestuurd en nieuwe ontvangen. Weer na zes maanden batterij stuk. Vervolgens een iO4 gekregen. Deze hield het langer vol maar stopt steeds met poetsen terwijl de batterij nog op 50% zit. Maar nog erger is de schimmel! Na elke poetsbeurt komt er allemaal zwarte prut uit de borstel en de houder. Ik maak echt alles grondig schoon maar wat is dit vies zeg. Ik heb nu met korting een iO 7 gekocht. En dan geef ik het op en stap ik over op Philips. Echt helemaal klaar met dit waardeloze dure product!

Paket kommt defekt an und es fehlt ware..habe es sofort mitgeteilt über Instagram .diese sagten mir wo ich mich hinwenden soll..hab ich gemacht..Wochen später kommt eine Email das ich mich woanders melden soll..lächerlich ehrlich...das Kunden Ware fehlt scheint egal zu sein...nie mehr würde ich irgendwas von Oral B kaufen

Absolutely terrible customer service Place order for a toothbrush on the 6th of December.. order delayed on the 9th of December and Oral-B (actually the hut Group I believe?) actively encourage cancellation of my order.... I said I didn't want to cancel, but I wanted to guarantee delivery before Christmas.. they couldn't tell me what the delay was, but if I wanted a refund, I could have one...bizarre no effort to tell me why the delay was... they would send a message to the warehouse, whatever that means.. no update by the 15th of December... can't get in touch verbally on the phone so I had to enter a live chat... I told them how poor their Customer Service was.. and I was told that I was being rude which I wasn't.. just stating facts. That their Customer service.... or actually lack of it was terrible!! I cancelled my order.. and ordered same product from Amazon which was delivered the following day... if I could give zero stars for this terrible customer service from Oral-B, I would... avoid at all costs
