Horrible and very poor customer service, it's really depending who you are having on the phone, they each will tell you a different thing, what a shame!! Their website is full of corrupted flashy discount which made me lost too much time, to finally picking the wrong colour toothbrush, just because as their discount QR code WON'T WORK... website is very tiring to search... And their customer service are definitely not here to help, just giving MISLEADING informations... Also was supposed to receive my full refund on Tuesday, so had to call them again on Saturday and they explained that because they are not being notified when the item is returned to them, I MUST be the one calling to ask for the refund to be processed. Wow

Ik heb mijn bestelling retour gestuurd, maar tot op heden heb ik mijn geld niet teruggekregen. Dit vind ik zeer teleurstellend en onacceptabel. Een retourzending hoort gevolgd te worden door een terugbetaling binnen de afgesproken termijn. Helaas is dat in mijn geval niet gebeurd. Ik ben erg ontevreden over deze ervaring en verwacht dat mijn geld zo snel mogelijk wordt teruggestort. Ik raad deze webshop op basis van mijn ervaring niet aan.

I would give the Oral B toothbrush 0 stars if that were available. I can't attest to how the toothbrush may have at been at cleaning because it had such a extreme vibration at the outset, I could not use it. It shook my head and gave me a headache after just a few seconds. But, the customer service was the worst ever. They advertise a 60 Money Back Guarantee everywhere and boy is that a lie. I tried for a month to get a refund and return label and all I got were more lies and stalling tactics. So, I brought it back to Walmart, which I should have done in the first place. I have used Sonic Care tooth brushes for years and found them to be high quality and very reliable. I bought this Oral B IO2 tooth brush because a friend said her dentist recommended it. I really regret it. But, it makes me wonder if there isn't some kind of pay to play scheme with Oral B and dentists because I see the one star reviews dominate at 83% and dentists still recommend a terrible product. Hmm....stinks to high heaven...... I would like to add that after I left this review I went to the Oral B website to leave a review there but they have the buttons that lead you where you could leave a review and snippets of others' reviews but in actuality there is no way you can leave a review. There isn't any place to write the review. More deception.

What crap products and customer service. I have been using Oral-B electric tooth brushes for many many years. Yesterday, I bought the IO6 from the Oral-B UK website and it arrived today. The first impression is that the brush is of such poor plastic compared to the older versions, flimsy light plastic and also has arrived in two pieces, the bottom part that sits on the charger is separate from the rest of the body with a spring floating separately too. This is something one is happy to accept as manufacturer's error which should be a straightforward issue to be resolved with either a replacement or a refund. What I wasn't expecting is to be dealing with the worst customer service on the planet. Lazy, liars and good for nothing staff that they keep brushing you off and asking you to call another number. These idiots trained to push you away which you'll reach by accident as the automated service is geared to avoid talking to customers. Try contact us on their website and it doesn't load. Speaks volume about these con artists. In essence they take your money and sell you faulty products and make every attempt to scam you by avoiding to give you a resolution. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID and do read the reviews before wasting your money to Oral-B UPDATE: The brush (order no 789937456) has been received by your people. Brosse Oral.B IO 6N achetée en juin 2023, contact avec le service client qui merci demande des infos ( photos de mon chargeur) , que je fournis. Deuxième mail, je dois faire examiner ma brosse à dents par un centre agréé sans m'indiquer les conditions d'envoi et les éventuels coûts de réparation. Sur leur site toute réparation hors garantie est refusée.... Acheter une brosse à dents à 200 euros était une première pour moi et sûrement une dernière ! Même pas 3 ans et apparemment problème récurent pour ces modèles. Expérience client désastreuse, si on ajoute le coût des brossettes, c’est une véritable arnaque. J'envisage un dépôt sur signal conso via la dgccrf, on est clairement sur une escroquerie organisée.

Ho acquistato due collutori OralB di due tipologie diverse (una verde ed una rossa). In entrambi i casi, dopo l'utilizzo, i denti sono diventati di marrone scuro. Ho approfondito la questione ed ho letto che questo è dovuto ad un ingrediente: il Cetylpyridinium Chloride contenuto nei prodotti che, come asserito dalla stessa società, nel 5% dei casi può produrre tale reazione. Ho contattato il servizio clienti senza risultato. Attenzione al cliente zero, mi hanno creato un problema e se ne sono fregati. Procter & Gamle mai più, pessima esperienza.

Ho effettuato un ordine il 30 agosto 2026 sul sito di oral.b, pagando regolarmente con postepay la somma di 30.97. Ad oggi non ricevuto nulla. Il corriere ha dichiarato di aver consegnato il pacco al portiere, ma il portiere ha esposto da tanti mesi un cartello scritto che vieta esplicitamente ai corrieri di lasciare pacchi. Nonostante lo abbia inviato tutta la documentazione richiesta al servizio clienti con la mia dichiarazione e il mio documento d'identità, la foto del cartello come prova oggettiva, l'assistenza ha smesso di rispondere ignorando tutti i miei successivi solleciti, trattenendo il mio denaro senza avermi consegnato la merce. Ho dovuto inviare la pratica di rimborso forzato tramite poste italiane. Sconsiglio vivamente di fare acquisti a oral.b.
