Who wants to put a black computer into his mouth to get white teeth?! I miss the good old Oral-B: No computer, a simple on- and off-button, white color and good brush heads.

I've been using oral b glide floss picks for years and have never had any issues. But then I bought a new value pack - and it's dreadful! You can feel the floss beginning to break from the first tooth. I found one of my previous packs (dated 2021) and they are absolutely fine! You can actually see that the floss looks slightly different and the newer pack (dated 2024). The quality is so poor in the park on the right that you have to use multiple floss pics to do your whole mouth because it breaks straight away. I feel concerned it is a counterfeit product. But can't find any way to report it to Oral-B. Do not buy the white gum care packs on the right if you can help it as they are useless :(

Seit ich die eckelige Werbung gesehen habe musste ich jedesmal würgen, wenn ich die Oral-b Bürste im Mund hatte. Jetzt ist es eine Philips und ich kann entspannt ohne Würgen meine Zähne putzen. Das mag vielleicht psychologische Gründe haben, aber die Werbung hat sie auch.

Bought an oral b io6 from the official oral b website on April 23rd, a few weeks ago. I only used it once a day at nightine, and used my regular toothbrush for morning. It stopped charging last week, I rang the Irish and UK support numbers 3 times to report and request to send for repair but no progress whatsoever. There is no address on their website to send back to, the process is once the fault is reported one has to wait for an email from their support group with details of the address to send to. To date, I have not received the email, hence I have a toothbrush not fit for purpose. Is this a legit company at all??

Ik heb een tandenborstel voor mijn dochter gekocht van Oral B en na twee jaar is de borstel kapot iets met de accu. Opgestuurd voor garantie en ik hoor maar niks. Gebeld naar de klantenservice alles daarheen gestuurd bonnen,formulieren enz enz. Veel mail verkeer gehad met een zekere Johan maar die kwam steeds met het verhaal dat ze de mail niet konden lezen. Alles opnieuw gescand & voor de 5 e keer gestuurd en weer zei hij ik kan het niet lezen. En nu sluiten ze het dossier. Dus koop niks bij deze oplichters. De after sales is schandalig slecht.

Je ne recommanderai à personne de commander sur le site OralB. temps d'expédition indiqués sur le site : 2 jours ouvrés, en réalité il a fallu 6 jours ouvrés ( plus d'une semaine) pour que la commande soit envoyée, c'est inadmissible. Ensuite j'ai contacté le SAV pour savoir ou était mon colis car aucun numéro d'expédition ne m'a été communiqué, aujourd'hui encore sur mon compte sur le site il n'y a pas de numéro d'envoi de communiqué. Le SAV m'a donné le numéro de tracking, en m'informant que le colis n'était pas disponible mais arriverait bientôt. Le lendemain (alors que je n'ai reçu aucun mail, aucune nouvelle d'oral B) je prends ce numéro de tracking et je chercher sur le site Colissimo, et j'apprends que mon colis m'attends depuis 2 jours au bureau de poste... mais Stéphane du SAV n'aurai pas pu me le dire la veille ???? Je vais récupérer mon colis et en ouvrant la boîte la brosse à dent est sale, les saletés ne partaient pas j'ai du la passer à l'eau avec savon pour qu'elle soit propre.... c'est un zéro pointé pour tout le service de commande, d'expédition et les SAV.... heureusement que la brosse à dent est bien, c'est la seule chose positive.

ACHTUNG ES WIRD MEHR VERRECHNET ALS IN DER RECHNUNG FESTGESCHRIEBEN! Die Rechnungsbetrag ist um EUR 4 niedriger als die Zahlung. Es gibt keinerlei Info von Oral b, dass die Zahlung über GB erfolgt und daher Spesen anfallen!

Purchased a new electric tooth brush i02 and wouldn’t charge out of the box. Phoned their so called customer care line spoke to a woman who was very condescending acted as if i didn't know how to plug in a tooth brush and put it on the charger base!!! Wouldn’t take my order number and was interrogated like a criminal as if i was lying about it being faulty. Offered eventually to repair it??!!!! No i said i want a new replacement and was told that was up to the repair department!!!! Terrible terrible company and the worst service i have EVER had with such a large company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS. Would give zero rating if i could
