Fungus. If you love that in your mouth, buy an Oral-B toothbrush. There is no way to clean their IO products. I clean it thoroughly every time I brush. Still fungus builds inside the brush. No way to get it out. So when you brush, my mouth is filled with pieces of it. Disgusting. Obviously I’m not using my 150 dollar brush anymore.

Ganz schlechte Qualität. Timer funktioniert nicht, die Bürste läuft bis zu 7 Minuten lang Pausenlos. Garantie Reparatur hat das Problem nicht behoben. Dazu Bluetooth spinnt, Verbindung zwischen App und Bürste nicht möglich. Und das alles für viel Geld, keine fühlt sich verantwortlich.

I bought IO serie 9 toothbrush in 2022, it has broken down once in 2023, once in 2024, and today 2026 the third time!!!! I have used Oral B, Philips before and never happend liked this!

Possiedo uno spazzolino Io9. Acquistate sempre testine originali ad un mare di soldi. Recentemente ne inserisco una nuova, fa fatica ad entrare e lo spazzolino fa uno strano rumore. La tolgo e noto che il contatto dello spazzolino con la testina si è tutto annerito. Scrivo all'assistenza che mi dice che non esiste un precedente del genere. Riscrivo chiedendo di darmi assistenza, un contatto per mandarlo in assistenza anche a pagamento, figuriamoci. La risposta è stata come sempre evasiva e poco empatica. Mi hanno fornito dei contatti dei loro centri di riparazione ufficiali senza darmi una mano su come prenotare o risolvere il problema. Ma io dico, è normale acquistare uno spazzolino da 300 euro (ai tempi il prezzo era questo), testine originali che costano tantissimo e poi non avere completamente assistenza su un un problema che è stato sicuramente causato da una testina originale difettosa? Non mi sembra per niente corretto.

Ich habe ein Doppelpack Oral B iO 8 vor 4 Jahren gekauft( ca 208€ ) In diesem Jahr sind beide Akkus defekt. Der Erste im März und der Zweite jetzt. Ich wollte bei Oral B anrufen, kein Anschluss, keine Möglichkeit, mein Problem zu schildern. Wollte eine E-Mail schreiben...Nicht möglich. Ich wollte nur mein Problem schildern und fragen, ob das Normal ist, dass die Akku´s von den Zahnbürsten schon nach vier Jahren kaputt gehen. Die Werbung sagt was anderes! Ich werde mich jetzt anderweitig umorientieren. Keine "Oral B" mehr !!

Don’t shop with oral b. Returned my item over 2 months ago and they have been “investigating” since… keep asking for more details and then never come back to me. Best to buy from a competitor and company clearly don’t care about their customers

Shocking experience, EvRI failed to deliver on-time on behalf of Oral-B, when it did turn up, most expensive part, Tootbrush was missing and replaced with an item of clothing! Customer Service have it under investigation, meanwhile have no toothbrush and no sign of a refund or a replacement - Oral-B get you act together!

Ho il numero dell'ordine, ma non ho ricevuto nessuna email di conferma e tantomeno hanno interesse nel rispondere alle email di reclamo. Ho inviato email tutto ieri e anche in mattinata, unica risposta? Stamattina Lorenza mi chiede il numero della conferma inviata per email, mai ricevuta, quando io nella email inviata più volte, ho specificato di annullare il mio ordine, inserendo il numero. Spero vivamente di non perderci i soldi. Perché non sono pochi.
