2 Zahnbürsten bestellt, jedoch wurde nur eine geliefert. Statt den Sachverhalt mit mir klären zu wollen, werde ich mit belanglosen Fragen vom Kundenservice schikaniert. Ich kann von diesem Unternehmen nur warnen!

Una cosa que observo es que para apagar el cepillo tienes que apretar el interruptor cuatro veces. Una para encender, otra para pasar de marcha , otra más para la segunda, otra para la tercera y una cuarta pulsación para apagarlo. Esto es obsolescencia programada. Podrían poner dos botones, uno de encendido y marchas y otro OFF. Porque tanta pulsación reduce la vida útil del cepillo debido a tantas punsaciones. Hay que incidir en este aspecto. Nos están vendiendo un aparato que se desgasta muy deprisa debido a esas cuatro pulsaciones. Un timo.

Io 7 Zahnbürste im Duo über Amazon bei Black Friday gekauft. Ein Handstück war zerkratzt und zerdelt, woraufhin ich um einen Austausch des Handstücks gebeten habe. Die Antwort war lediglich, dass es funktioniert, die Reklamation ans Werk weitergeleitet wird, dass Handstück allerdings nicht ersetzt wird. Ich kaufe ja auch kein neues Auto, was bei Kauf zerkratzt ist , mit dem Hinweis, dass es ja funktioniert. Als Jahrzehnte lange Nutzerin von Oral B Zahnbürsten und bei diesem stolzen Preis für eine elektrische Zahnbürste, bin ich wütend und mehr als enttäuscht. Da hätte ich von Oral B mehr Kulanz erwartet

I've been using the Oral B iO on the recommendation of my hygienist. Well, not great... luckily I didn't pay full price for it (who does ?!). Sadly the app didn't work well on my new Motorola smartphone (June 21) and said my phone couldn't cope with it - really, it was working really well and Oral B decided to change it to the timer which is no help at all. Why pay that much for a timer app. Then the toothbrush started to discharge itself...even though it said 60-80% battery available, the toothbrush refused to work until fully charged. Now it's started rattling... very poor, very expensive, very not worth it.

Viel Geld bezahlt und nach 1,5 Jahren läd der Akku nicht mehr. Für das Geld kann man mehr erwarten. .

Kundeservice er ikke eksisterende

Wir warten seit Wochen auf die Lieferung.. Angeblich wurde bei Bestellung der Nachname vergessen.. Darauf hin wurde der Auftrag storniert. Laut Kundenservice in drei bis fünf Tagen Geld zurück.. Bis heute weder Geld noch Ware.. Absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen.. Finger weg.. Am besten gleich zu Amazon

A company that just takes your money and doesn't take responsibility. We wanted the best toothbrushes that can only be bought, so we bought 5 toothbrushes for the whole family (almost DKK 10,000). Now one has broken less than 1 year after we bought them. Then we got the answer from the store. About the manufacturer refusing to repair it because they say “the toothbrush has suffered overload”. How can you just brush it off on the buyer by just saying so without more evidence or explanations. I have never met anyone like those who throw the responsibility on the buyer. NEVER recommend BUYING their electric toothbrush to anyone. You have the most expensive toothbrushes on the market, which must be thrown away if they break after 6 months, because the manufacturer does not care about the consumer and only Care about us before we buy from them. 1 star is too much but couldn't give less.
