Bought an IO toothbrush from Oral B. The very expensive replacement heads break within the first two weeks of use. I contacted Oral B and the customer service were extremely unhelpful. I have now bought an alternative brand and will never go back to Oral B again.

Oral-B cash-back kampagne overholdes ikke, og efter gentagne mail correspondence og skriftelig garanti om at pengene er på vej, sker der stadig intet nu efter 2 måneder. Useriøst firma, kan ikke anbefales.

Bought an Oral B IO series toothbrush just over a year ago. Stopped charging and would randomly go from 100% charge to 0% charge in one use. Would have to stick on charge again to make it realise it wasn’t dead. Sent in for repair/replacement and they’ve had the item for nearly 4 weeks and have said their replacements are all out of stock and no idea when they’ll be available. Refused to upgrade to the next model and said I’ll just have to wait. Very poor service and will be using other brands in the future.

Unbenutzte el. Zahnbürste einen Tag nach Erhalt zurückgesendet, Rücksendeadresse in Polen (!), Versandkosten 13,99€ sollen selbst bezahlt werden. Trotz mehrfacher Zusage seitens Oral-B keine Rückerstattung für die Zahnbürste bekommen. Nach 6 Wochen habe ich den Fall Paypal gemeldet, PP erstattete innerhalb von 30 min. Die Rücksendekosten waren natürlich nicht abgesichert, da direkt bei DHL beauftragt. Den 13,99€ laufe ich nun seit 2 Monaten hinterher. Zwei Mal pro Woche melde ich mich bei Oral-B und werde immer nur hingehalten. Der Laden ist ein Fall für den Verbraucherschutz und einen Anwalt. FINGER WEG!

Trotz Rücksendung in Originalverpackung nur eine Teilrückerstattung erhalten...kein Entgegenkommen...keiner zuständig...nicht zu empfehlen...
