They offered a $20 rebate for my Genius electric toothbrush. I purchased it. When the rebate came in the mail the fine print said that by accepting it I agree to pay $3 a month for the rebate card and that I agree to their arbitration. What kind of strings-attached, put more money in their pocket rip-off rebate is that? I contacted their customer support to let them know my concerns the chat agent ended the chat. I reported it to the FTC.

Aufbewahrungshülle der Zahnbürste nach 3 Monaten der Nutzung defekt. Trotz eines klaren Bildes, wo die Kunststoffscharniere klar defekt sind, sollte ich diese für 10€ einsenden. Tausch wie ich gelesen habe nicht möglich, da keine Garantie. Verstehe ich nicht.

Zahnbürste iO9 schaffte nach nicht einmal 1,5 Jahren einen Putzvorgang mehr. Daraufhin habe ich eine neue Batterie bestellt und eingesetzt. Die Zahnbürste schaltet sich ein und gleich wieder aus. Der Kundendienst sagt, es ist kein Garantiefall, weil ich die Batterie selbst ausgewechselt habe. Das habe ich nur gemacht, weil ich dachte, sie wäre schon außerhalb der Garantie. Das nenne ich mal Kundenservice - die Bürste war nicht gerade billig.

Unbelievable customer service. Absolutely rubbish. I’ve been waiting for a toothbrush replacement for 4 months and they still have not sent me one. Do not buy from this company!!

Utrolig dårlig og arrogant kundeservice, dagen efter garanti var udløbet kunne de ikke hjælpe. De holdt fast i at det var købs tidspunkt på nettet som var gældende og ingen mulighed for kulance. Efter 20 år med Oral-b er det HELT slut med dem

Purchased a two pack of Oral B Pulsar manual brushes. With in 3 weeks of use both heads broke away from the handle. Cheaply made product. No such thing as customer service. The best I got was a computer chat which led to a pay for information site. I found no way of making a complaint with the company. Thinking this is a foreign country operation.

Hanno spedito degli spazzolini che sono stati “smarriti” dal corriere, poi rispediti sbagliati…imputano a me la colpa non riconoscendo nessun reso dovuto…mai più acquisti da loro, che falliscano pure…molto meglio Amazon!!!!

Azienda poco seria. Acquistato spazzolini Oral b ed effettuata richiesta di Cashback che non è mai arrivato. Ogni commento è superfluo. Occorrerebbe denunciare in massa la cosa al garante per la concorrenza ed il mercato perché apra una procedura di infrazione. Fatelo tutti.
