I purchased a set of flush mount led…
I purchased a set of flush mount led taillights for my 2021 Bronco back in 2025. This past week the passenger light stopped functioning correctly. I contacted Oracle Lighting and left a message for them to return my call. The very next day I received a call back from customer support advising me on how to check the taillights as well as the information they would need to start a warranty claim. The following day I sent in photos of the lights and what they were doing. Without hesitation they sent me a new set of taillights that arrived the next day. I am truly surprised at how great the customer support is. Reading these reviews and knowing most companies try and get by with not helping you I was surprised how well they responded. In today’s day and time it is hard to find good customer support. I got great customer support from Oracle. I will purchase from them again without hesitation. Thanks Oracle
