ORACLE Lighting – Disappointing Product Quality and Warranty Customer Service I purchased a pair of ORACLE preassembled headlights for my 2010 Hummer H3, expecting a quality product from a company specializing in automotive lighting. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The headlights retail for $903.99. After applying a promotional discount, including applicable taxes and an additional protection plan, I paid $813.34, plus another $350 for professional installation. My total investment was $1,163.34. The headlights were professionally installed on September 21, 2026. By September 26, just FIVE DAYS later, I had already documented condensation inside the driver-side assembly. Not five weeks or five months. FIVE DAYS! The moisture continued to worsen with additional rainfall. I contacted ORACLE, provided photographs documenting the problem, and was instructed to remove the defective headlight and ship it back for repair. Here's my problem: This is my daily-driven vehicle. How am I supposed to safely operate my vehicle with only one headlight while ORACLE repairs the defective assembly? Why should I have to pay a professional installer to remove the headlight, ship it back, and then pay again to reinstall it after repairs? That would mean paying for installation THREE separate times. I understand that companies have warranty procedures. However, those procedures should offer practical solutions when a newly purchased product develops a problem within DAYS of installation. I proposed a reasonable alternative: ORACLE could send a replacement driver-side assembly in advance, allowing my installer to exchange both assemblies during one appointment. I would then return the defective headlight using their prepaid shipping label. I even offered to authorize a charge if I failed to return the defective assembly within an agreed-upon timeframe. I also requested consideration for an authorized local repair at ORACLE's expense, without compromising my warranty. I sent my proposed resolution on October 8. It has now been 10 DAYS, and I have received no response. What concerns me most is the lack of a practical solution and the additional financial burden being placed on the customer. I also purchased an additional protection plan, yet I am still left questioning what options are available without incurring further expenses. I purchased brand-new headlights expecting them to have undergone appropriate quality-control testing before shipment. Condensation developing within five days raises serious concerns about product quality. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I am asking ORACLE to stand behind its product and offer a workable solution that does not leave me without a functioning headlight or require me to keep paying installation expenses. For anyone considering ORACLE's preassembled headlights, my recommendation is simple: DON'T. If you choose to gamble on them anyway, review their warranty procedures before purchasing. Not that understanding those procedures will necessarily do you any good when you actually need warranty assistance. My correspondence has gone unanswered for 10 days, and I am still left with a defective headlight and no practical resolution. Especially if your vehicle is your daily driver, think twice before making this investment. Order #101775

I will never purchase this lighting again. I bought GAP lights at invasion they said would ship out to my house then the next week they said back ordered and would ship this week now they tell me be middle of month. Let alone the last set of lights didn't come with a controller and that was not stated so then I had to spend double to get the controller. Customer service horrible and doesn't even offer to expedite shipping offer a small discount nothing just sorry nothing we can do not our problem salesman told you something different. Steer clear unless you want poor support and delays on your build not ready for shows

**DO NOT ORDER THESE LIGHTS—ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA.** I ordered Oracle Lighting’s Sequential LED Tail Light Conversion Kit. The kit was listed at US$389.95, plus US$19.92 shipping, with a US$40 discount applied. My final PayPal charge was $542.88 CAD. That was already extremely expensive for LED panels that must be installed into the existing tail lights—it is not even a complete set of replacement tail-light assemblies or lenses. After Oracle shipped the order through UPS, I was charged another $164.02 CAD in import charges: * Government charges: $118.02 * Duty: $41.22 * HST: $76.80 * UPS customs brokerage charges: $46.00 This brings the total cost of these LED panels to $706.90 CAD I contacted Oracle Lighting immediately while the package was still in transit in the United States. I asked whether they could help with the unexpected import charges or cancel the shipment. Their representative acknowledged that they have experienced problems with UPS shipping and high import fees, but Oracle ultimately refused to assist with any portion of the charges. Oracle told me that my only option was to refuse delivery and wait for the package to be returned. However, they also stated that the refund would be reduced by their standard restocking fee. This leaves me with the choice of paying more than $700 CAD for LED panels or refusing the shipment and losing part of my money despite contacting them immediately. Canadian customers should be clearly warned during checkout about the possibility of substantial duty, taxes and UPS brokerage fees. Had the true delivered cost been properly disclosed, I would never have placed this order. My advice: do not order from Oracle Lighting if you are in Canada, and be extremely cautious about ordering anything from the United States that is shipped through UPS.

bought tail lights for my 2021 bronco badlands. They lasted 1 year and 1 month. They gave absolutely no feedback or support other than to say its out of warranty. basically go pound sand, who cares. if you want a nice looking light to work for 1 year and then have to replace it again, this is the place. VERY disappointing. This is why there is no link to Yelp or Google on their website. scared of the reviews.

I bought the Oracle headlights bulbs for my pioneer 700. Website says that they fit 2014-2026 Honda pioneers. After receiving the I realized that they do not fit. They are too long and the beams don’t reflect correctly. They’re too big and cannot get dust cover back on. So I decided to return. Well 4 weeks later they declined my return. They said they found them to be used. Well without trying to install them, how would I know they didn’t fit. 100 dollars for something I can’t use and doesn’t fit.web site says it does fit. Costomer service is very friendly but returns are not. This will be the last thing I ever order from them. I would look elsewhere for lighting if i was buying light again. BUYERS BE AWARE….

Fire hazard with their LED HALo's drawing too many amps. Ordered LED halo's pre-assembled for $900 and they arrived after 2 months. First of all no instructions were provided or could be found anywhere on their page. When I first turned on the lights the included 10 amp fuse popped on their BC2 controller and RED led's would flicker and eventually stopped working. Since the lights were connected to my Diode Dynamic D-switch I could see the amp draw was an incredible 20-25 amps on full brightness well over double what the system is rated for based on the thin guage wiring and 10 amp fuse. Blue and Green colors were backwards. Also one light was sitting crooked and the sealing job looked really poor. Tried reaching out to customer service and they kept denying a refund and tried making excuses.
