These guys are bloody thieves
These guys are bloody thieves. I had a free plan but they kept charging me for the paid subscription. And when I reach out I keep getting an automated response. Save yourself the stress and use a different tool. I don’t recommend this at all.

I've cancelled my subscription and still getting charged
I've cancelled my subscription twice via my online account (what they ask you to do) and they are still charging me monthly subscriptions. They have no way of talking to humans and no contactable support - it's essentially a scam if you want to cancel your subscription.

THIEFS!!!
If I could give LESS THAN ONE STAR, I would. I have been charged for a year now for a product that I never even used once in my life. Somehow it started charging me out of the blue and even my bank can’t block them. I have been trying tirelessly to cancel it but I can’t even log in or anything from the app itself to try to cancel it. What a SHAME!!!!!

They keep charging me even after cancellation
I canceled my subscription to OpusClip a while ago, and yet they continue to withdraw money from my account every month. I double-checked everything: my account shows no active subscription, but the billing hasn’t stopped. What’s worse? They don’t reply to emails. Not a single answer after several messages. Zero support. Zero professionalism. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone thinking of using their service to stay away. There are plenty of better and more honest alternatives out there.

Hi Regis, Thanks for your feedback and we apologize for any inconvenience experienced trying to reach our Support Team regarding your billing issue. Our Support Team was able to assist you earlier in the week and refund you for your latest charge. It'll take about 5-10 business days for the funds to arrive back to your account. We do hope you consider returning back to OpusClip in the future! To note, email is not our support channel. For any support requests, we ask our users to log into their account and in the bottom right hand corner, you'll see the "Get Support" widget. Please click it to get a support ticket started with the Team!

Refund promised but no response so far
I signed up for Opus Clip but, due to personal reasons, I had to cancel my subscription. Following the company’s instructions, I canceled my account and received an email confirmation promising a refund for my last payment. I’ve sent all the required proof and confirmations, but I haven’t received any further response from the team. It’s been several days now, and I really need an update since the refund was guaranteed after the cancellation. Please, I kindly ask the Opus Clip team to review my case urgently and process the refund as promised. I’m happy to provide all the necessary details again if needed.

Hi Maick, Thanks for your review and feedback. We apologize for the delay on our end on getting you an update regarding your refund. I see that one of our Support Specialists has issued you a refund for the charge earlier today! Once again, we're sorry for the delay you experienced. We do hope to see you again in the near future Maick.
