Was amazing when I first got it - made two videos into shorts and loved it. In the past week it has gone completely downhill. I cannot upload anything, the support has been less than useless and you don't have anyway to actually complain. The videos are either stuck on 45% or 99% - again useless to anybody.

When Opus works, it's great. When it doesn't, it's not. Unfortunately, it hasn't worked consistently for a while. Videos hang for hours, and often never finish processing. What's worse is that their "support" person will leave mid-chat, and there's no other way to reach someone. Do better, Opus Clip.

Le SAV répond 3 à 4 jours voir plus, souvent en apportant pas de réponse. Des problèmes techniques réguliers. J'ai un abonnement depuis plusieurs mois et toujours pas accés aux analytics et pas de réponse du service technique. Dommage car c'est un bon outil mais encore trop aléatoire!!!

TERRIBLE customer service - they had some sort of outage today and my video got hung up in processing. I can't simply delete it and restart it without using more credits. There is no email or way to contact them beyond the "get help" button on their webpage. The person I spoke to would go for 30 minutes in between answering me, and just told me it was unusual how long my video was processing, and he would pass it to someone who could help me in a few days. Then he went silent without closing the chat, so I had no way of getting in touch with anyone else. I still don't even know who he's sending it to or how to get someone to actually help me. If'd I'd known this, I would never have signed up for their service. This is ridiculous.

OMG this tool is a joke. 1. The AI editing is so bad, you can't use any of the clips, you need waste time re-editing clips yourself. So I question why did I pay for this service when its a waste of time and you can actually edit it faster yourself. 2. I had an issue with a clip I re-edited myself. I contacted customer support, I had to waste time with AI agent support who was useless. Then when I spoke to a so called 'Team mate' he didnt help, just said thanks and he would pass it on to another team mate. I am still waiting for the team mate who is meant to help me. Final point, dont pay for or waste time with this tool. Just use capcut, save time, money and edit it yourself.
