I've been on and off opus for a while now. I enjoy the UI, the updates are great and my work get done. MOST IMPORTANTLY, MIKE, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE. initially i faced a lot of technical issues on the platform, the only member of support staff who helped me every single time was Mike. I reached out via email following the last five projects that have completely malfunctioned and Opus which used up valuable credits. I received an automated email stating they do not help people direct via email. I didn’t believe there was customer support due to the wording of the automated email. It took me a long time to realise there’s a discord channel for support and also a way to raise a support ticket / bug report via the “Get Support” tab. Mike responded within a matter of hours and had raised the query with the engineers and I’ve been refunded the credits that were used. I have used Opus now for around 6-7 weeks. I have scheduled all of my content a month in advance using the scheduler. It’s grown my social media channels massively already. I love it. Thanks for the great service and keep up the incredible work. Love this product!
