Good, but crashes and doesn't upload clips TOO OFTEN

I just want to give a huge shout-out to Ash for the amazing support! I was stuck with a billing issue and having a really hard time figuring it out, but Ash took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and connect me with the right people. Their patience, knowledge, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to come across someone who not only solves the problem but also makes you feel heard and supported in the process. Ash went above and beyond, and I really appreciate it. Thank you!

I like that you are always adding new features. However, sometimes the new features make the clips that are created worse and more editing is required. The titles and descriptions are also often lacking.

I originally posted a 1-star review because I was charged after cancelling my subscription. Their support was initially unresponsive, which was frustrating. However, the company has since resolved the issue and issued a full refund. While the billing error was concerning and the support process could be much clearer, they did eventually make it right. I am updating my review to reflect this positive outcome.
