The platform is extremely convenient when it comes to turning long-form videos into short clips for Reels and Shorts. The AI clipping is fast, accurate, and surprisingly good at identifying strong moments without heavy manual tweaking. Processing is quick, the interface is clear, and the overall workflow saves a lot of time compared to manual editing. I did run into an issue where the clip editor wouldn’t load and got stuck at “Fetching API resources” when I was using Safari. At first, it looked like a permissions or team-related bug. However, after switching to Google Chrome (which OpusClip is built on), everything worked perfectly. It turns out Safari isn’t fully supported and can cause editor issues, so Chrome is definitely the way to go. I also want to highlight the excellent support experience. Ollie from the support team responded quickly, asked the right diagnostic questions, and clearly explained what was going on. Thanks to his help, the issue was resolved without any data loss or wasted credits. Overall, OpusClip is a powerful, reliable AI video clipping tool with fast processing and a responsive support team. Highly recommended — just make sure to use Chrome for the best experience.
