OpusClipReviews of opus.pro

Very good for what it claim to do. It will generate a lot of clips for you, the clips might not come out perfectly like youd like but you'll have many and what you do with them after is up to you.

Godd lukk openclip opus. Pro

Great software that has made a major part of the workflow for our channel seamless, inutitive and innovative. Apprecaite the constant updates on looking to improve their offering.

Opus Clip is great and has really helped us gain more followers and more views since we started using it to clip our longer form vids on YT into smaller bitesizes for all the socials. There are occasional bugs but they are also upgrading features constantly so we are learning/ growing with it and I think it's a great time-saving tool. Customer support is also great and lightning fast which you can't say of most of these platforms so that's an A+ when you're creating and posting content at speed. Looking foward to what they develop next within the tool.

I tried opus clip and loved it. Life changing tech really. However, for the past 2 days I wasn't given the free 200 daily credits that came with the free plan. I thought the problem was that I was a free plan user. I subscribed to Pro. Paid for a year. Before subscribing I took a screenshot of the offer page that says I get everything in Free (150 daily credits) and 200 daily credits come with pro is how it was worded in the subscription page. So I assumed I will have 350 daily credits and hit subscribe. Now, I logged in after subscring to Pro and I see it says 50 daily credits on my account in one place. At one point it says 50 daily credits refreshing to 200. But then there's a number 50 next to 200... David reached out and I'm changing review to 5 stars because I think I'm in good hands. Hoping this is being resolved. Will add 5th star once everything is sorted out.

After doing each of the required actions: Uploading, Editing, Clipping, Using Enhanced AI, Deleting Content, Adding Content, etc. I have grown to rely on this amazing application on a daily basis. The customer support has been excellent, both while online (help support) as well as via questions via email.

I am a new user and had a question as to whether I could add my own hashtags to my content. I got a quick response and the answer was yes. Then I was told how to do it. Very good Customer Service. Dom, 3M Studios, Palm Desert CA

I had a great experience dealing with Opus. I lost over 900 credits when my account expired. I thought I had paid for an annual plan. I reached out to request that the credits be restored since I had already paid for them, especially if I renewed my subscription. To their credit, they met me halfway and restored half of my credits as a one-time courtesy. I truly appreciate their willingness to work with me and find a reasonable solution. I’m giving 4 stars because I believe this policy should be reconsidered. Purchased credits should not expire and should be fully restored, especially if a subscription is renewed.
