A lot of people have talked well to me about OpusClip. So I tried it today. I uploaded one of my Long videos to see that will happen. These were the results: 1) A ton of problems with Greek subtitles and mostly missing letters! Even though I am a journalist and when I speak my articulation is clear, there were a lot of misheard words. And when I tried to edit the Greek subtitles, I saw letters that reminded me of Chinese or even...those of old civilizations (BC). So we have an encoding problem as well! 2) My camera on top was not properly cut and it had a gap on the left. 3) The alignment of the video that I was showing at the bottop (a Bitcoin chart from Coingecko) was a disaster. 4) And finally, the clips that Opus was selecting automatically, were completely faltse and in wrong parts. Go back to the drawing board , fix your serious issues and I will come back next year!

Très bien pour couper les courtes vidéos intéressantes d'une vidéo longue mais vraiment compliqué pour tout l'éditing. Franchement, quand on peut même pas régler le timing d'un sous-titre c'est compliqué... Sachant que bien évidemment, pour modifier un clip, vous devez payer 15€. Ce service là n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Je préfère payer quelqu'un qui est capable d'éditer mon clip correctement que de passer pour un incapable alors que c'est opus clip le problème. Bref, on est censé gagner du temps mais ça nous en fait perdre plus qu'autre chose. Promesse non tenue. Publicité mensongère et service finalement pas délivré. On peut dire que c'est une belle arnaque.

Software is good, but support just does not answer for over one week. It used to be better, but now its just not as good. I cant even get ANY response.

its very lagging, I lose videos I created and the website is just closing by itself sometimes. I have never worked with an AI tool and website lagging like this one. highly overpriced. I think this has a lot more potential

I was excited to use this platform, it’s a great idea but needs to improve to be efficient. First major problems your clips can only be downloaded in HD, even on a paid subscription which i tried because I thought it was because I was using the free version. Then the pop ups and edit pages are slow sometimes not uploading. So room for improvement.

Nearly impossible to cancel a subscription. I registered with trustpilot solely to write this review. Don't bother with these clowns and save yourself a headache. I have cancelled it and then each month i continue to get billed. Then i need to open a ticket for a refund and tell them to cancel the subscription so I'm not billed the next month. Then they assure me it's cancelled. Next month, guess what? Gotta repeat the same BS again.
