Not more than a scam
I had what amounts to the absolute worst experience with a digital product since I got my hands around a computer. First of all, the app does not deliver on its promise to produce 'viral' clips. The algorithm is hectic and there's very little AI there aside from the GPT4 API they have summering your content. Second issue, it's absolutely a nightmare to work with, it constantly crashes and you will lose whichever progress you made along the way at the editor. Third issue, the crown jewel of my experience, was their rude and flat out disrespectful customer service. They will actually not respond to you if you requested a refund, yes x they will just ignore you In conclusion, this is a scammy product in every sense of the word. I'm currently in the process of getting my money back through a chargeback claim. If you went through the same ordeal as me, remember that they will be slapped with $500 fine for each chargeback you file through your bank.
