I am always greeted with a smile and any questions I have are always answered. The website is easy to use if I can't get out and I have my products quickly. The best part is the products really work and are a wonderful part of my self care.

The product was delivered fast. It is not too heavy and not too light. The smell is amazing and it lasts all day!!

I ordered Oasis creamy body oil for a friend and it looks separated. I don't want to give it to her like that.
Response from Opulent RadianceSep 9, 2025
Hi Belinda, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I completely understand your concern about wanting to give your friend a perfect product. Product separation can occasionally happen during shipping, and I absolutely get why you wouldn't want to gift something that didn't look right. I do want to express that I'm a bit disappointed in the review rating, especially since we immediately sent you a replacement and even upgraded the size at no additional charge once you contacted us. As a small business, we truly value the opportunity to make things right before a public review impacts our reputation. A quick message to us first would have allowed us to resolve this instantly, just as we did when you reached out. That said, I'm grateful you gave us the chance to fix the situation, and I hope your friend loves the replacement Oasis creamy oil! We stand behind our products 100% and will always go above and beyond to ensure every customer is completely satisfied. If you ever have any concerns in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected] - we're always here to help within 24 hours. Warm regards, Je Opulent Radiance

Response from Opulent RadianceSep 5, 2025
We're absolutely thrilled that you're loving your hand cream and that we could get it to you so quickly! There's nothing quite like that "Christmas morning" feeling of getting your skincare goodies delivered fresh to your door. One of the best perks of shopping local with us here in Indy? We can practically be your skincare fairy godmother - sometimes delivering faster than you can say "silky smooth hands!" 🧚♀️✨ When you're local, we love being able to surprise our customers with lightning-fast delivery (and sometimes even personal drop-offs when the stars align!). Thank you for choosing Opulent Radiance for your self-care ritual. Your hands are going to thank you every single day! 💕 Keep glowing, Je & the Opulent Radiance team

I love my products. I use just about everything she sells. I always look at people's skin to see how their product works and hers is always flawless! And the customer service is also great!
