REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! sometimes they send pills early, sometimes not at all. Only bill medicare and not medicaid, so if I want certain prescriptions I still have to go out and go to a store, I'm on disability and the closest place is 2 1/2 miles away and I do not have a car. Had many issues since smearing with this company, a big issue is when I talk to customer service (John, Karen, steve, Josh, kelly) I cannot understand them. Also had to put a date for this review however this has been going on since I started using them so about 2 years.

I have never seen a pharmacy like this I use to have express scripts 10/10. My MD placed my prescription on 7/1/26 as of today I've only received 1 of 4 that was on the 17th I got in contact with them on the 11th they said my meds hadn't been shipped because I requested them to hold them lol. Why would I request that? two of the meds I'm never supposed to skip a dose! Well now those two meds Optumrx seem to be currently having issues so they haven't even been filled! Now I have to go to an in person pharmacy and beg for meds to hold me until these ship smh. 20 plus days to get medications from pharmacy is asinine! If I could have given them a 0 I swear I would they deserve a -5 Horrible!

Don’t use them for your RX! I take a daily medication for my heart and they texted me and told me that the medication was out of stock with no guarantee to have any pills back in to fill my prescription. They want you to use them to save money but good luck getting your script filled. Very sad excuse for a large company. I went back to my local grocery store, now having to pay but I know it will get my script filled.

One of my prescription meds was not approved by my insurance so I decided to pay cash, The cash cost for Brand was approximately $1000 for 90 days, and when asked, the same price was quoted for Generic. The good RX price for this medication is approximately $60.00 for 90 days I did read they under investigation they should be closed down.

Didn't realize my copay changed for my injections. They drained my copay card and now I am out of money halfway through the year :)

Worst experience with any Pharmacy. If you call for assistance you are transferred to a call center somewhere overseas. Not comfortable with my personal information being sent to foreign countries with no obvious regard to secure my information. Their accent is do strong I could not understand the representative and they could not understand english enough to understand me when I asked to be transferred to someone with not so strong of an accent. I had to hang up and call back to get a different person. When She checked on my missing prescription they had dough up an old doctor of mine from years back who refused the refill, no kidding,. They did not call my correct doctor and did not even attempt to contact me to find out what might be the problem. Seriously considering going back to picking up my prescriptions at a local pharmacy!! I would never recommend using this company!!

We need a zero star option. Worst pharmacy experience of my life. Very important injections are days behind and about 15 calls per day with nothing resolved. Horrible customer service. They talk in circles and avoid actually helping anything at all. Please do not use these people! Especially if you have very important medical needs. They will fail you miserably and compromise your health.
