The worst company I have bought something from which even they do not understand their policy returning. Very disappointed! I can say out loud, the worst one!

The worst drug prescription fill company ever. Over communicate minor things and under communicate important things. When an escript comes over and they have an issue with it. They don't investigate or notify anyone except to just cancel the order all together. Takes 4 weeks to get any resolution.

All I get is a run around on my Meds they tell me to contact my doctor and have them to call them Doctor did call them and the doctor said you are all setup . didn't get my meds called them and they told me that the doctor had not called them . So I told them I was there at the office when the doctor called you they hang up on me

Horrible experience. Insurance decided to no longer cover meds and was forced to use Optumrx. They have not gotten a prescription to me on time once in 6 months. No one there knows what they are doing and no one calls you back. I’ve had to have my doctor send new prescriptions to other pharmacies and go through Goodrx. I’m paying more but at least I’m getting my meds!

Complete scam lied to me about a 100 day prescription plan to lower my drug costs. Been talking to them for days they claim no record if it. Yet I am enrolled in their home delivery plan. Dishonest as they come.

I’d give them zero stars if I could, and still leave a review. They have horrible customer service. Horrible. They’ll hang up on you, transfer you again and again and again, with no resolution. They don’t train their customer service people well, they obviously have no idea how to solve problem issues.

I have not had to use OptumRx for awhile thankfully but figured I would leave a review here. Their customer service is crap. Impossible to try to talk to someone. Their website would never update my contact info and payment info so every time I would have to get refills, I had to call them because my info didn't match with my financial institution. Even after I spoke with them multiple times about fixing this it took them over a half dozen times to correct it. They would also bungle prescription updates from my doctor. If you can avoid using them, by all means do.

I'm not sure how these people stay in business. They direct me to their web site, and the web site does not work and requires me to call. I have gone through this on multiple occasions I have been on hold for well over an. hour. Mail orders should be easier. It would be easier and take less time to drive across Denver to get the script filled. I have transferred all my scrips back to Safeway except a specialty drug. Today I will spend some time locating another specialtypharmacy.
