The worst. Double billed, they sent me the proof but they won't give me my over payment back. I have spoken to Lilah, Nikki, Carlos, Jessica, Danny, Melissa. All very nice. All worthless. All talk no action. Would do negative stars if I could

Due to the outsourced call center - Optum Rx is sure to screw up your medications. The people answering the phones have NO clue what they are doing and read off a script. When you need a medication, good luck! I was told 4 different stories by 4 different people. Finally had to tell my doctor to NEVER use Optum Rx

You shipped me six units of Ventolin HFA 90 MCG at $360.89 instead of 2 units at a lesser amt. Six units some will expire because I will have them longer than the expiration date. I will have to order this for my pharmacy from now on so I get to correct quantity. my bdate is 3/26/51.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service, poor internal and external communication, just completely absent. They have cut their internal budget so much that it has decimated their ability to perform basic functions. This is a perfect example of how greed and destroy an entire company. If their cutthroat contracts didn't keep them attached like a parasite they wouldn't even exist in a normal competitive market where choice is an option.

Tried transferring a valid prescription from walmart to optum. kept getting messages they needed to contact my physician. didn't understand why they needed to contact my physician again on a valid prescription. was told they needed to contact physician to okay transfer. i have never ever heard of this process. harassing a physican for another okay over a transfer of a valid prescription. doctors do not have time for this ridiculous requirement, which by the way was not explained to me during the phone call. don't ever transfer a prescription with this company. and customer service very rude and can't understand them.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. And it happens on a regular basis. Unprofessional, arrogant, unable to communicate clearly, ridiculous policies, etc. Use ANY other provider, you will be much happier if you stay away from optum.

They lied to get me to change my prescription over to them, and they wasted an enormous amount of my time correcting their series of screw ups. I signed up because they said I could get 3 prescriptions at once and have them all earlier. This was a lie and they tried to frame it like I must have misunderstood them (very condescending). Then when their prescription actually came super late when I needed my meds on time they lied again and said I could pick it up at my old pharmacy.
