Horrible company! They have a copay card on file for a very expensive arthritis medicine. They admitted to forgetting to apply the copy card, and we got a credit card charge for almost $2000! They say that they will (I hope) fix it within 4 weeks. Meanwhile, we need to pay our credit card bill when it comes due. At the very least, if they make a $2000 error, they should fix it ASAP to avoid my having to deal with interest and late charges on the incorrect credit card charge.

I had an Rx from my long time thyroid Dr. 7-1/2 pills per week. 100 pills for 3 months. $15 Optum sent 33 pills $10, with 11 refills to go for another $120. I do not want to sleep in the street waiting for another monthly refill. OPTUM DOES NOT FOLLOW THE RX ORDERS FROM DR. THEY DO THEIR OWN SCHEDULE FOR $$$$$$ I am 75 yo. I do not want to spend my life waiting for a refill. PS.. my last was due April 3, 2023. they sent text ... not ready until 4/15/23 or later. NEED Rx TODAY!!!

Optumrx is in India. I tried to transfer a prescription with 4 refills on it and they couldn't because they can't access prescription data bases in the United States. As soon as I can, I'm jumping ship. I want an American company with jobs here to have my business.

This is the worst primary care company I have ever experienced in my life. I still have the same Doctor from the other company (Agave) and then Optum came in and everything changed like if you’re being monitored every move you make! I feel sorry for the staff that are still there, I know it is miserable for them! Optum change your ways or get out!!!

I wish I could give a Zero. 3 weeks still no Scrips had to barrow a rescue inhaler from neighbor waiting for my scrips. Let that sink in Asthma and NO MEDS and they don’t care !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our company chose Optumrx starting at the beginning of January. Prescriptions I have been taking for years are now denied. They now require authorization, for medicine my doctor prescribed. This is the worst for prescriptions. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

If I could give a 0, I would have. I was hung up on twice and told to contact my insurance, which turns out to BE OPTUM RX, only to call back and get hung up on. I could not understand any of three people I spoke with. The last woman I spoke with put me on hold for 20 minutes and I'm not even sure I understand what she told me or how accurate it was. This was A HORRIBLE experience. There needs to be more training and accountability for these workers. Horrible, horrible horrible. 1 hour out of my day, that should have been 10 minutes MAX

I order my blood pressure medications Lisinopril Tab 10mg through the mail order. I ordered 10 days before. Till today I did not receive my medication yet. I called on Tuesday (03/21/2023). Representative who was answering on the phone, looks like she was working from home. Sound was she was sleeping. I asked her about status for my medication. She told it will arrive on Thursday (03/23/2023). I did not receive in mail on that day. I called back again on Thursday (03/23/2023) and told them I did not receive your medication today. I also told her I don't have any medication left since Monday. It is for my blood pressure medication. But she told my you will receive by tomorrow by Friday (01/24/2023). I told representative that I don't have any medication left since Monday. Then I told to transfer my phone to the manager. Manager came on the line, but she doesn't want to understand the situation. Told her I don't have any medications left since Monday. It is not good for blood pressure patient to live without BP medications for almost week. She told me to wait till Friday. I was waiting till Saturday (03/25/2023). Medication did not come on till Saturday (03/25/2023)/ I call back again Optum RX told representative I did not receive my medication yet. He told it will come on Monday (03/27/23) I was upset told him to transfer to manager. The supervisor's name Heather came on the phone. I told her I Called several times. Till today I did not receive my medication yet. She told you have to wait until Monday (03/27/2023). I cannot do anything about it. I explain her everything. But she doesn't want to listen. How can anybody live without taking high blood pressure medication for more than 10 days. I am still waiting for my medication to arrive in the mail. I don't like Optum RX customer service. They don't care about the Patient.
