Inconsiderate doctors.

THIS COMPANY HAS NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AS FAR AS COMPETANCY OF THE COMPANY ONE HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING AND TO ME MAY NOT BE WORTH THE FRUSTRATING OF DEALING WITH THEM. YES YOU SAVE MONEY WHEN YOU GET THE PRESCRIPTIONS. BUT THE STRESS OF IT ALL MAY TAKE YEARS OFF YOUR LIFE! EMAILS AND PORTAL AND PATIENT PORTAL IS NEVER ACCURATE YOU GO ROUND AND ROUND AND ROUND!! IT IS AWFUL.

Could I give it 0 stars? This company absorbed Care Mount Medical and it is inefficient and requires you to be on hold indefinitely.

doesn’t even deserve one star. i have several medications and live in a rural area. they use ups which don’t deliver to my address. they continued to use ups after i told them 10 times i can’t get my medications. each time my prescription was sent back to sender and i had to get a new prescription. i e been out of insulin many times. now they use fed ex which i do get my medication now but am charged 20.00 a delivery and im on 7 different meds. it’s breaking me. just awful. i will be changing to a different medicare d provider soon

The ONLY benefit of Optum is convenience via technology. I used them for a prescription refill about a year ago. It was convenient. Recently my refill was declined because they "switched platforms". When they switched platforms they lost all previous history and the doctor I previously saw was not on the "new platform". They wanted me to do a new visit and pay $100 because they failed at technology and convenience. Zero reason to use them and I wish I had just went to a local doctor. Will never use Optum again.

OptumRX is the most difficult mail order pharm;acy. OptumRX will blame the pharmacy and the Walgreens on Wallisville & Castlegory in Houston TX says it is OptumRX. I have had migraines for oer 30 years and now OptumRX says that the PCP has to be authorized to give me the same prescription OptumRX has approved for several years. CIGNA would not approve injections for the migraines and OptumRX won't give me the medicine that works on the migraines. It would be better to give -5 stars for OptumRX and Walgreens on Wallisville & Castlegory in Houston TX for the lousy way they treat paying customers. -5 stars!

Can never reach anyone. There is literally no way to call anyone from any of the doctor offices.

Company has the worst customer service ever. They will transfer you to multiple Depts. with no resolution. You better have a couple of hours of wait time to enjoy the the horrible music!
