My wife & I have been dealing with this rinky-dink, horrible, mail order pharmacy, through United Healthcare, for the greater part of the past 10-11+ years, and personally, I've dealt with them all... But their employees are absolutely horrible, underpaid, soulless, robots, and of course, based out of the Philippines... They will cancel your order, without notifying you, and you will be waiting around for a prescription that is not coming... Not the least but recommended to anyone, not even my worst enemy. 0 Stars!!!

Terrible company. They mess up every order for last 18 months. Customer service overseas. They don't know what there doing. Not surprised. There parent company owners united health care.

Absolutely horrible. I bought two $330 LED skincare lamps for helping daughters with complexion issues... one would not turn on. I called them within their 30-day return time frame and at first everything was fine -- but then the customer care team told me I would have to go through the manufacturer...by then, this was past the 30-day window. I ordered on 12/31/23 and received the item about 5-6 days later... after the holidays, having my father's memorial, getting the kids launched back to college and getting back to work... I contacted them around 1/27/24 and was told "oh you are just barely in the 30-day window" -- they count from the day you order, not from the day you receive the product. We had it maybe 20 days at that point... but she was otherwise helpful and said it would be "no problem" -- I then was told to "wait for an email from the warehouse" for return replacement instructions. The next email told me "upon review, we are unable to help you -- you will have to go to the manufacturer." I thought this had to be a mistake/miscommunications, so I called the next day and was stone-walled. I was told "we did try to help you within 30 days...but the product was opened/used". UNBELIEVABLE! So they do not stand by their products and I am now stuck with a $330 piece of garbage. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM -- THEY DO NOT DESERVE OUR MONEY OR BUSINESS.

Optum seems to be in the business of buying out good private practices and turning them into high priced body mills. This has happened twice to me. Worse, the dr's office told me they take my insurance, so I went to my appointment. Then I get the bill. $654 for two office visits to discuss my problem. No lab work, nothing. Then I find out that Optum doesn't take my insurance. If I had know that I wouldn't have gone there. It's not my fault Optum hasn't properly trained my dr's staff. I'm not paying the bill. Not only is the not taking our insurance thing a problem, but look at what they charge. Check with your dr. and make sure they haven't sold out to Optum.

The phone system is AWFUL. The patient portal doesn't have anything to help you. You don't have chart notes to go thru. Why would anyone want to use that s group? The office is faxing to me instead of my primary care physician. I'm calling them back for the 4th time today! This is insane. Answer the phone! I only have one physician with them because of this nonsense.

The WORST medical group I have ever dealt with. Your coverage network is minuscule, and even specialist visits approved by Optum will be kicked back to you months later, denied with reason that you "were not covered at the time." What? If you have an HMO and PCP, your referrals can take a month to go through. It's complete madness. The customer service reps also tell you and your insurance wildly different reasons and explanations for things; no one is ever on the same page. They have horrible communication with insurance networks too. You also never get call-backs even if a rep tells you they will. Hold times can be hours-long (yes, plural). Optum is just a complete, utter mess. It's scary how so many clinics are popping up city to city--I cannot imagine what hell other people go through being under its name or care. AVOID at all costs--you will be compromising your health, mental well-being, and spending hundreds to thousands for basic stuff that Optum refuses to cover.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is not worried about patients they are worried about padding their pockets to stay in business. They require Prior Authorizations for meds knowing no matter what the specialist says they will deny to make money. Pharmacy benefit managers should be against the law.

Optum formally caremount is the worst provider of healthcare I have ever used. Their urgent care…quite frankly….sucks. This company treats their employees like crap which is then taken out on the patients. Subpar third world healthcare at best. This company sucks. Next step is to file a complaint with NYS
