I have never dealt with this level of incompetency in my entire life. Do not get your prescriptions filled here. They have no idea what they are doing, and they will confidently give you conflicting information.

The worst. I needed to have a prescription transferred because they did not have it in stock and they lied about sending it. When I called for the 3rd time at the request of the pharmacist, she said who knows maybe third time will be a charm. How about doing your job right the first time and not wasting 3 hours of my time as well as the new pharmacy.

Customer service provided conflicting instructions to doctor delaying medication for weeks. Doctors office submitted prescription multiple times. Transferred prescription to local pharmacy.

Cancer medications shipped incorrectly. AGAIN. Have called multiple times now to have corrected. USED to be shipped in insulated box with ice packs. NOW (in SUMMER, no less) the $15,000 CANCER drugs are sent in a bag. Like a tshirt would be sent. Received medication HOT to the touch. Was NOT left in sun by driver. The UPS trucks are HOT!! Meds spend 8hrs+ in hot cargo area, getting heated up and banged up. Seal on box broken. Says do not use if broken. Optum DOES NOT CARE. Argued with me over the temperature range of drug, tho I took my info straight from Pfizer, storage temps and temp range for excursions. Optum says it’s ok to be over 20° higher than mfgr states. And it’ll “probably be ok”. They want to risk a 76 yr old cancer patient taking compromised medication.. sounds risky to me.

Don’t use them! They will overcharge you! I filled a rx on line, was quoted one price, then my credit card was charged double. I called literally 4 hrs later to cancel and was told that the medication was already filled, too late to cancel. I’m logging a complaint with insurance carrier.

THE WORST voice system I’ve ever been stuck with. Clearly Optum Rx has no desire to talk with customers with problems with their orders. MAJOR problems getting to customer service. The robot told me nothing and tried to hang up on me as it didn’t care about my answers and decided everything was just fine. Another robot asked me if I wanted to review my experience, then wouldn’t connect me. Completely frustrating and infuriating. It was so irritating trying to get this first Rx going that I’ve decided Optum Rx was actually telling me through this experience to run away. I am. I’ll try Amazon pharmacy instead. After all, why keep banging your head into the wall this month and probably every month? At the very least Amazon knows what customer service is and that’s a definite step up.

I spent over 2 hours on the phone and cannot get anyone to pick up. I really need to get a prescription from my doctor and can’t. I don’t even know what to do.

sent a 40 year patient to collections for an unpaid bill of less than $10. I have never stiffed them for one penny. I was just waiting for my balance to get up to 30 or $40 to pay it in one fell swoop. I will be changing all of my providers to Swedish, in Seattle, rather than the erstwhile Polyclinic now owned by Optum.
