My experience was amazing , Sherell was great and welcoming. I enjoyed her presences. Genesis was efficient and poked me just once. I had a great time.

I needed to get a new script setup for delivery. Cindy did a great job in getting my co-pay card information attached to the order and connecting a Pharmacist, Will to assist with setting up the script timing for first dose. Both Cindy and Will answered all my questions and were extremely helpful in taking care of all of my concerns. Optum Specialty Pharmacy does an outstanding job of taking care of their clients in my experience.

They have been amazing. They let me know if my med is in stock or not. When I refill I get a time frame of when it will be delivered. I can even have my meds expedited if I need to. They are very affordable and convenient. I definitely will recommend to friends and family.

I just recently went to see a podiatrist her name is Dr uluzzi. Everyone there in the office are very friendly and knowledgeable J Dr. Ulizzi's nurse took very good care of me was very friendly asked very good questions and treated me like one of the family I highly recommend going to see Dr. Ulizzi at 1868 Hooper avenue. You won't be disappointed.

Dr. Oo is terrific! Very thorough. Enthusiastic when explaining things and when seeing good results. Terrel, Akida (spelling), and the rest of the staff...great! Friedly, courteous, and efficient.

Been with optum over a year, am very satisfied with the service, both timely and accurate. Customer service has been very helpful, only used customer service three times and was treated to a very friendly and helpful experience 😀.

Dr. Marjn Tabarestani and her staff at Hooper Specialty 1314 Hooper Ave suite 2B are friendly, professional and welcoming. She is thorough and explains everything. I trust and recommend her and all those at the Dermatology office highly. They treat you like a person not a number. So happy I found her.

The representative (Ramses Rivera) was very polite and very helpful. He stayed with me on the phone for 2 1/2 Hours to help me resolve an issue with a local pharmacy. Thanks!
