Again with ZERO stars if I could! After last post they have messed up my medication another 3 Times! You would think having a dedicated person on their end to oversea everything and make sure it's done on time would be a good thing! Its NOT!! I literally have to chase this person down EVERY TIME I need my medication refilled!! Call today, my person is away until Monday (which is after I need to take my medication) didn't set my prescription up for refill. Talk to someone else when I get a return call AN HOUR LATER. Not sure when we can get your medicine out, but I will call you back. Another hour, still no call. Call them, on HD FOR OVER 20 MINUTES!! Seriously people, you have 1 job to do... How do you perform it so abysmally!! This is absolutely garbage, disgusting, and totally unacceptable!! But, they lock you in and Force you to use their service which is atrocious!! I would recommend NEVER USING this pharmacy!!

I had 5 days of a prescription remaining and needed a new prescription. I had the telehealth appointment and ordered my prescription. I paid to have it expedited. They shipped it 9 days after my appointment. It’s a med you are not supposed to stop cold turkey. It’s been a rough few days. Thanks Optum.

The OptumRx website is poorly designed and is not functional! After sign in, members are asked repeatedly to sign in again. The canned responses on its website do not allow a member to ask a simple question, such as, why is the pharmacy sending me drugs that I didn’t order? As I didn’t order a drug shipment, I tried to stop the drug order from being shipped to me, but because Optum Rx has a slow clumsy processing system, and messages can't be sent to the pharmacy after business hours, I couldn’t stop the drugs from being sent to me. After long wait times, I finally was able to reach a "customer service" representative, who told me I would have to request a return kit after I received the drugs that I didn’t order. I’d like to find an alternative to the OptumRx mail order pharmacy, but that will be difficult, as my health insurance company (United Healthcare) is locked into the Optum Rx mail order pharmacy.

I was always able to go to cvs to pick up my meds for over a year now..and now all of a sudden I was FORCED to have them delivered which I am not happy about..no explanation given was just forced..its absolute garbage from a garbage Healthcare system and prescription company..

Terrible terrible service. I would not recommend if you need life-saving medication. The representatives are incompetent and will tell you anything to get you off the phone.

THIS IS A REVIEW FOR optum perks A SISTER COMPANY OF OPTUM Uro-mp Before I knew you had a discount card (OPTUM PERKS)I ordered 540 URO – MP drugs from Walgreens the cost was close to $1000. I discovered your discount card it showed $405. I called and spoke with someone that they can’t do anything about it so I decided I’d check with CVS and your discount card shows $775. Nope it was about $1000. Your card is worthless. Why do I have it in front of me that shows $405 for that amount when two places that I called do not honor it at all what gives this is ridiculous makes me very unhappy and is extremely expensive.

My perscriptions have been consistently late, leading to missed doses. This is medicine I have been picking up at my local pharmacy for years. Now I have to wait weeks for it.

They are the worse ! The communication is terrible!!
