A lot of the fuelings have a very bad taste to me, so I have wasted a lot of money on them for I just cannot eat them. I have lost 27 pounds in 10 weeks. I believe n the program and feel I can make it to the weight loss I need to get to but at a slower pace than I originally planned on.
